A cashier working here was highly rude. We weren’t talking to her and she just rudely commented when we were asking for a fresh piece of a dress.

I wish to give zero stars, to the poor customer service by one of the cashier’s as she was speaking she banged the hangers,and was speaking in a loud manner.

Poor customer service cashiers show you attitude if you ask for fresh piece of a dress. And they pass you on the dress already tried on by many people. I would highly recommend to talk with the store manager but there was none there.

Ever new is slowly replacing all my stuff in my closet. It has been my goto for absolutely any event in the past year. Apart from the stuff being sooo amazing...the team at this store is FABULOUS ?. They have always been so warm and helpful with choosing the right dress...the right size...❤️I recently had a small little issue with a dress i bought online, they were soo helpful...and fixed the issue for me instantly...All the girls were soo helpful.*Thankyou guys...you are amazing*I would definitely recommend this store.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at the Ever New Square One store. The staff were amazing! Tiffany in particular went above and beyond - so personable and welcoming. Both she and Caitlyn helped me find the perfect dress. Great fashion advice and inventory - I will be back soon.Thank you!

I usually shop at bay but i saw this store at square1 today. The difference in products compared to bay is huge. The store has a nicer display. The staff was so welcoming to me and my daughter. The cashier i think her name is mariam.. she was super sweet and told me about the sale promotions they had because i was on a budget. The girl in the fitting room was so sweet too i forget her name but she had very long hair. She helped me find the perfect dress for the occasion. I highly recommend coming here!

I bought 2 jumpsuit and one them the size is good and the second one was big. I went to the store to return the one it fit me and they said we not accept return because it’s on sale item. How I can know my size when I’m buying something online they said we can give you only store credit and I told they it’s my right to try the size. I told them I bought a lot clothes before and I returned and they said we changed our policy. I told they why you didn’t inform the people before buying, they said you can can call the customer service and tell them that. I consider that as misleading. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Worst customer service ever! Why you should buy something from this store when you would find this brand at The Bay! They have a good collection of Ever New and it is more important for the Bay to see the client’s satisfaction! This store does everything that you cannot return your purchase for a refund! They are just looking for an excuse!

Worst customer service, very rude staff.I took one dress for my wife as stuff here is very good, but staff provides very bad customer service if there were any infinite negative rating that would be the one I giving.But clothing is 5/5.Hope they improve.

Came in for the first time, and most likely for the last; as this particular store’s associates can’t be bothered to assist or even give a simple greeting. No wonder no one enters this store.

One the worst shop to buy any stuff. They are not clarifying return policies properly and when you go to return the items they’ll show d*** excuses and bla bla. Never ever buy from this place.

They have a great selection of formal dresses but customer service was bad. Walked in and was asked about 10 times by the same employee if we needed help, the other girls seemed to understand. We told the young lady that we would let her know once we did need assistance. She kept on coming up to us every time we chose an item. It was driving me and my daughters crazy! It seemed like SHE was getting frustrated when we told her we were okay and didn’t need a fitting room. Blonde hair, glasses and had 2 pigtails.
