Mary T - This is a REBUTTAL to Etobicoke Motors response to my review. I can't seem to respond back so I am using my sons account (see my review below Mary Terzievski).Etobicoke motors responded back stating I am not on the contract nor had they ever met me. I was in there two times with my son and my husband so I was very much there and I am very much on the contract would you like to review it again? This is why I believe you to be dishonest. 3 days after purchasing a car it cost us 3 Grand to fix something you stated was fixed. MTO pulled it off the road for being unsafe . Is that the driver's fault also? Or your fault for passing a car safety that shouldn't have passed? You sold us a car that had modifications on it that we were not made aware of, you sold us a car that should not have passed safety, you sold us a car that broke down within 3 days and you blamed the driver. You only took responsibility of fixing a few of the safety issues after a lawyer had to get involved. My issue from the beginning was not being told that there was modifications on the car, modifications that could do damage to the car. Had I been made aware the car had mods the car would not have been purchased. Now we had a car that needs a new or used engine. Sad that you can't take responsibility for the cars that you sell.

Etobicoke Motors. We were happy with the salesperson when purchasing the car, HOWEVER after the car was purchased it was like they washed their hands of the car and did not want to take any responsibility after the contract was signed. We did a test drive and mentioned the smell (figured brakes or clutch). When picking up the car they stated the issue was fixed. Three days later, the car was being towed to the nearest Subaru dealership to our house. Over $3,000 to have the clutch/flywheel fixed. Brought it in on early Friday morning and did not hear back from owner until Monday late afternoon and his response was “Just so you know that we had the vehicle certified at an independent shop & amp; there was no issue with the clutch, otherwise the vehicle would not have passed the safety…..” and then went on to state in a nutshell they would not take responsibility and blamed the driver. He did recommend taking it to one of his shops and they can do it for half the price. My thinking was why bring it to someone that did not fix it correctly the first time. While we were having it looked at, the Subaru dealership asked me if I was aware the car had modifications and some that can possibly damage the engine. I stated I was not aware the car was modified (note: I would never buy a modified vehicle). I texted the owner and asked if he was aware the car had been modified. After sending that text they never responded back to me. I had to contact OMVIC and was told to email Etobicoke Motors a timeline and to contact MTO about the safety issues. Remember above when he said “it would not have passed safety…” well guess what? MTO pulled the car from the road for other safety issues. The car should not have passed safety. It was not until I had to retain a lawyer that Etobicoke Motors finally contacted me. They told my lawyer that they contacted me and I never responded. I have numerous emails/texts that state otherwise. After the lawyer gets involved, they brought the car in and did enough to pass safety. They never commented on or apologized for their part in selling a car that was modified and passed safety when it should not have. Now, not 6 months after buying the car we are back in a garage and are being told the car needs a new/used engine. I asked them from day one to do what was right and I am still waiting.I guess David does not always win against Goliath when Goliath has more money and there is no protection for the consumer.Responding to Etobicoke Motors - Feb 6 24So Etobicoke motors responded back stating I am not on the contract nor had they ever met me. Had a great experience working with Faisal on getting my dream car, a 2021 G63 AMG. I had trouble finding the right one but luckily stumbled upon the inventory at Etobicoke Motors. He understood my needs and budget and worked with me to get the deal done. The dealership was clean and inviting with a nice line up of cars on display too - makes for a welcoming experience. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks to Faisal and the Etobicoke Motors team.

As so many of us are aware, it's not all that straightforward these days finding a car we like that's also within our budget. Well, I am very pleased to say that Sam and Shan of Etobicoke Motors helped me do just that! They were both very courteous and professional throughout the entire process and were very helpful in answering my questions. I just got a 2015 Toyota RAV4 with decent mileage (less than 100K) and a deal I would call second-to-none!! I would absolutely recommend Etobicoke Motors to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a used car in good condition.

Worse place they don't stand behind their vehicles. Bought an SUV paid $30,000, every time it rained the headliner got soaked brought it back a few times , they took it to their windshield guy who wrecked my interior instead of using prying tools used a screwdriver. After the 3rd time they couldn't figure it out they said that they are done this is less than a month of me purchasing the vehicle. Just ridiculous they love to rip people off. I would give them a zero star rating unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can go. Simply pathetic. Those positive reviews are probably people that they know I wouldn't put it pass them.

After numerous telephone and texting conversations I was advised to schedule an appointment to show the sales manager I was serious.I made the appointment and drove 100k to see.The vehicle was brought out front and I noticed a large crack in the paint on the drivers door. Also a large rust blister. The salesman said, "we'll fix that".The Carfax report showed a $5000 insurance claim the salesman didn't disclose.I was told on the phone it was traded in by an older gentleman. But the report showed 5 previous owners. On the phone I was told the price could be negotiable but at his desk he said the price was Firm.Plus $799 to certify? The advertisement said certified. Then he said someone put down a $1000 deposit yesterday and is waiting for financing but I can still purchase it.They advertise "we finance everyone" So it should be sold.I was asked to drive my trade in so it could be traded in on this vehicle.I was offered way Less than what it's worth even at wholesale.I got up and left the dealership.Total waste of time! The manager wasn't there but called me to see if they could still do the deal.I hung up on him. It's now a week later and the car they said had alot of people wanting it.It's still on their website for sale.Be very careful and I don't recommend them

Went to go look at a vehicle. Salesman didn’t want to show any car fax of the vehicle. Passenger door frame had a new weld in it like the vehicle is a rebuilt title. Car had a transmission leak, black engine oil and window that doesn’t work properly. Chop shop

I was stunned to witness personnel from this dealership (dealer plate 975 DLZ) arguing with the staff of Artesian Elementary School. The school administrators patrolling the entrance have asked the gentleman to move his car as he was obstructing the school bus and parents walking their kids to school. He became totally outraged after teacher took a photo of his plate despite asking him dozen of times to move his car. Note that school is doing their best to keep everyone at a safe distance during this pandemic. He then started arguing with random parents who were having hard time squeezing through and ended up calling a concerned parent “a white trash”. All this in front of elementary school kids and horrified teachers. This is the caliber and “quality” of people you will get by doing any business here. After witnessing this behaviour, would not drive their car even if given for free! Absolutely disgusting! Out teachers and community deserve better.
