We have been living in Erin Mills since 1970 and coming to IDA Erin Mills for over 40years and dealing with this location. Ali and Brijesh always go above and beyond in assisting our whole family. Their friendly and consistent excellent customer service makes us feel we are in good hands. They instil this work ethic within their Team. Every time we visit the Pharmacy you can tell that they enjoy what they are doing and makes you feel we are in good hands. They "CARE" even go the extra mile to call and let us know the medication is ready and go through each step on how to take them including follow up. They will not hesitate repeating over the phone to reaffirm that their instructions are followed. Other Pharmacies don’t provide the type of “Excellent customer care that they provide”. We do not hesitate to highly recommend them to friends and families.Thank you Ali Bridjesh and Team.

This is by far the best pharmacy my husband and I have ever dealt with in over 40 years in Mississauga. Ali and Brijesh are patient and most helpful and go over and above with their knowledge and excellent friendly service. We always feel we are in good hands here and do not hesitate to recommend them highly.

I have been a customer of ERIN MILLS IDA for years, and have received excellent service, courteous, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. In times of medication shortages, they have gone out of the way to secure my medication. Their Pharmacists are knowledgeable, customer service staff excellent. I would recommend them to my friends always.

By far the best pharmacy in the neighbourhood. These guys are professional pharmacists, they know their business and take it seriously. While they always offer exceptional service they will go above and beyond. Other drug stores focus mainly on sales, or are so uninterested in your business that it is an inconvenience for you to be there. Not Erin Mills IDA, they are happy to see you and happy to help you. The staff know their customers by name and greet everyone coming into the store. Special shout out to Brijesh who always make sure to get it 100% right 100% of the time. If you haven’t switched yet, you should!

I have been going to Erin Mills I.D.A. Pharmacy for 15+ years, and I am consistently impressed with the high level of care and service provided by both Ali and Brijesh. They are friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Not only do I receive great professional pharmaceutical care, Ali and Brijesh always brighten my day with their wonderful sense of humour and kind demeanour. I highly recommend Erin Mills I.D.A. I have been a customer at this location for over 30 years. When Amin had the business the customer service was excellent. Since this new ownership has taken over customer service stinks. Unfortunately I have taken my business elsewhere after all these years. So sad !
