I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dynamite in Heartland due to the manager, Mel. She was unhelpful and had a rude, dismissive attitude. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I decided to visit the Dynamite at Square One instead, and the service there was night and day. The staff at Square One were attentive, professional, and helped me find exactly what I needed. I’ll be taking my business there from now on, as the experience at Heartland with Mel was unacceptable.

Terrible customer service from the store and customer service department. I came here hoping to exchange a top that ended up having some tears in it and the manager on duty would’nt even look at me and was typing on her computer while talking to me. I reached out to customer service, I received a response from a representative who asked for more information and when I provided it, she never responded. Being a retail manager, receiving service like this is very sad and is easily preventable. I will not be shopping at dynamite anymore after this experience. Super unprofessional.

i went today for returning jacket because it have nail polish stain all over the jacket which i ordered online and picked up last Friday but when i went in hearland dynamite store and i told them i wanted to return or exchange it but one of their staff member HARLEEN she refused and said very rudely its on final sale no matter its return it or not they should be polite and respect their customer. she is very rude and gave very very poor service even i don't want to give her one star.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced by the manager at heartland. Looking through the reviews, many customers have had similar experience for a long while, and the store acknowledged the feedback and still did nothing to address the issue. If this is how you treat your customer, I will not be returning to shop at Dynamite/Garage.
I ordered many items online, and loved them. A few did not fit very well on me, so I was trying to see if I could exchange for something that I can wear. I knew they were sales item, I just wanted different sizing that I could wear. Most stores would allow for exchange/store credit, understanding customers could not have tried the items before buying them online.
As soon as I walked in, three girls were at the cashier - one was handling a customer and the other two were just casually chatting instead of offering to help. I was originally dealing with the girl who was handling cash. As soon as I said that I want to exchange some items, one of the girls chatting in the back just stared over and screamed out “is this an online order? It’s probably an online order. Show me the receipt”, and just took over. She proceeded to check my receipt and throwing my items very rudely one by one saying each one is final sale and cannot be returned. I tried to explain to her that I just need a different size because they don’t fit well. She said they don’t have any sizing available and said that I bought them at sales. When I asked her to check for two sizes down, she looked at me and said 2 sizes?! I asked if there is another location that would have the size that I can go to, she didn’t even check, just said the next store that would have sales item is Ajax. The whole encounter was very rude. I would have been fine if they were not talking to me in such a degrading and disrespectful manner - I was treated like a criminal when I was a paying customer.
I actually started to like the brand but guarantee will not return if this is how you treat your customers. Would give zero start if I could. Rudest CS I have ever experienced.

Came here to return a dress which literally had zero damage and the sale associate at the location is telling every single person that they can’t accept the return since item is damaged to every single customer. I tried to explain to the manager that I bought another dress a week later and that’s why I’m returning the dress which I didn’t even try on at home and can’t even see any damage, the manager here refused to accept the return just like with every other customer. They want you to do the return at the original location you bought the item from so it doesn’t hurt their customer. Used to love coming to the heartland dynamite location but the last couple experience have left a bitter taste which sucks as it is my favourite store and close to my house

The manger is very rude.The cashier did not notify that I need my physical card for the rerun before processing my order. Usually the amount goes back automatically. However, since my order was above $250 I need my original payment. Again, the cashier did not notify before processing my order. They gave no other option but receiving a gift card. I asked to take my items back and make the return the next day but they said they can’t do that. I asked to split the transaction into three through Apple Pay and they said they can’t do that. I asked if they can give me 10 minutes for someone to drop off my card and they said no. They had no compassion and were simply rude. I suggest shopping at the square one location instead.

I’ve been shopping at Dynamite and particularly this store for years now and I’ve always had a good experience up until recently when I try to return something and didn’t realize I was two days late. The two girls working in the cash, said there was absolutely nothing that could be done even after explaining why I was two days late. Usually, in my past experience, they can offer a size exchange or a store credit but this person wasn’t willing to discuss it further. After talking to customer service, who advised me otherwise I reached out to another Dynamite location and they accepted my return with zero problems. I understand stores are within their rights to refuse a return but this just goes to show the heartland location doesn’t care that much about its customers as opposed to other locations who were more than willing to accept a late return no questions asked.

Waited 5 minutes by the fitting room to try on pants. The sales associates were too busy chatting at the cash register to help. I ended up leaving.

Worst staff. Manager is unprofessional. 5 staff sitting around talking about their weekend instead of helping customers.Had to search for a size in another store on my phone.Go to any store but this one!

Recieved a mesh top which came seperate with the bandeau from an online order. On the photo online it doesn't show a bandeau either. When brought to do a return the manager Harleen accused me of cutting the top? The item itself was poorly made and where it looks like it was cut is near the shoulder blade not even the sides of the mesh top where the bandeau would attach. Yet the manager accused me of cutting it.I asked for the customer service number which they provided, couldn't take it upon themselves to call down and escalate nor did they try to see if they held the same item in the store to compare the item. When the rep on the phone asked to speak to the manager, again she accused me and mentioned her "questions and inspection" said otherwise and declined the return.I spoke to the rep on the phone and asked what is the next solution as it is not a customer's fault when the item comes in defective, she advised to return it in the same package with a note to the warehouse to get a return.Would advise the manager and workers to do a little more to assist customers and know their products they're selling. Their lack of professional dressing would something I'd recommend too. I get it's the end of the day but that doesn't mean you provide horrible customer service.Great news I double checked with the Square One location and they knew the product and advised that's how it comes and accepted the return.see dynamite square one for a positive review. Professionally dressed too.Hope there is better training after reviewing this.

I come here to check out the sales from time to time which can be a hit or miss. Organized and clean store. Staff can be welcoming, better than it was before
