The staff at this Dollarama are quite rude, which made my visit unpleasant. The location on Google Maps is also incorrect—it’s actually in the center of the mall, not near Shoppers Drug Mart. The store itself is very small with a limited selection of items.

I share a similar sentiment like some of the others' reviews. The store itself and options are not bad but the cashiers!!! Omg!! Particularly two black older ladies, one is a regular there and the other with heavily done makeup, atrocious especially the latter! It's as if they don't like their own...I've experienced it too many times. They smile and chit chat with the others but as soon as I walk up, no eye contact, face made up, no response to my greeting, dashing the items after scanning... just out right despicable and rude! It could be personal but I have no recollection of any incident, never even asked for assistance before. They suck and shouldn't be on the front line if they are going to show such obvious partiality. ?

This is the only dollarama which I found is still serviced by customer service. I found it great , otherwise I need to scan by myself. Customer service is great.

I am a loyal customer for this branch since many years. Today I requested to speak to a Manger to ask about if there is vacancy. They treated us like beggars. This is also should be a customer service. I don't think I would like to visit this place again. I do believe that kindness costs nothing in all situations.

Wow! I CANNOT BELIEVE. The cashier woman being a black person herself is SUPER RACIST! Growing up in canada as a Canadian born Chinese I never met anyone that is THIS RACIST! I went to get a baking pan and one white guu went in front of me. She said " do you need a bag my dear" then it's me . She did not look at me the whole time just chit chatting with another worker (who is suppose to be working) and she didn't ask if i need a bag. After i pay and request for a bag she said it's 10cents ur card wont work. I was so shocked… the look in her eyes and her tone of voice made me really uncomfortable. I just wanted to leave! Then another black lady come to her and said i hav 10cents i pay for u! The cashier woman was so upset and said to the lady "THEN~! Im gonna CHARGE U! " the other lady said sure it's fine. Im stunned! Just wow~~~~! Good job Dollarama for hiring a RACIST.
