They add a .25 tax to your total if you don’t pay with cash. No other dollar store I’ve ever been to has done this. 1st and last time going here.

DONT GO HERE FOR BALLOONS. This place has horrible customer service and cheap balloons. I had got a pair of number balloons (1,6) and right when i got into the car it has started deflating. The hole was where it was tied so I know it wasn’t my problem, and i had literally gotten it filled 2 minutes ago. I had went back inside and the person in the front had refused to give me a refund, saying the best they could do was give me 50 percent off. I had asked them if i could talk to the manger. After going back and fourth for a while they finally agreed to give me another balloon. BOTH balloons had gotten flat after an hour of not even touching it. (mind you the balloons were filled with helium) This isn’t the first time this has happened to me from this place. Learned my lesson and never coming back here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Decent collection but very pricey.
Staff is rude and only understand basic English, so it is difficult to understand
what is the problem they have with us.
At the cash counter I realized that a zip is broken of a pouch, I asked the guy if I can change it, he stayed silent for 30 seconds and then said you must have broken it while I was not looking, so he can't do anything. Really?
Not worth it, go to a Dollarama instead.

The cashier should understand good English. It's a good discount store but if I cannot explain anything I am not comfortable going back.

Good yet little pricey store. $ stores are no longer $ stores because the majority of items cost more than $2 or $3.

Very mean ... They sold me a damaged alphabet of poster.. and they know it is damaged.

I came to this store to buy gift bags, I was in a hurry so I took 3 random bags, when I got to the cashier, I realized I took 2 bags with the same design and and other was damaged, I asked the guy (tall, curly short hair, glasses) at the cashier if I could exchange the bag since I didn’t notice it was the same design and also change the one that was damaged, he replied in the most sarcastic passive aggressive way… “really? You didn’t notice they were the same design?”. I replied that he was correct, I didn’t realize, trying to be polite. I took the bags and showed him I was taking bags with the same price and left the place. So unless you like to be treated in an aggressive and impolite way and spend your money on overpriced cheap stuff, I’d highly recommend to go to Dollarama instead.

Its not a dollar place where you get things on economical prices.
Here all prices are jacked up.
Owner is just making money employing 1 student to manage entire store.
