The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a fantastic variety of products, from trendy fashion pieces to home décor. “I've always been a little intimidated going into the fragrance section at Holt. I know my stuff, but a lot of the time, sales people make you feel stupid for not knowing certain fragrances and are very pushy. I went in last week to check out some Byredo fragrances my best friend has been raving about - and came across Jordan Stamina(?) Frist off, he was literally SO welcoming, warm and fun. From the moment I walked in, Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was genuinely interested in what I liked, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. We had a great conversation about the different notes in Byredo fragrances, and he even shared a few of his personal favorites, which made the experience feel really personalized. I ended up finding a scent I love, all thanks to Jordan’s knowledge and kindness.
If you’re ever at Holt Renfrew looking for a fragrance, do yourself a favor and ask for Jordan—you won’t be disappointed!”

“In terms of products- there is a lot of choice. Many good deals on clearance section. Their home decor section in particular has a lot of new stuff as compared to other places.
Staff were not very friendly. Cashiers are busy talking among themselves and pay no attention to you- which kind of ruin the experience.”

The staff also enthusiastically helped me compare the advantages and disadvantages of the washing machine, and patiently showed me how to install it. “I love Home Depot with a passion. This location is lovely and perfect for 90% of things. There’s a few managers here and all are amazing EXCEPT for Lorita. Lorita is a very dismissive and rude and impatient worker. I don’t mean to be racist or anything but her behaviour is very ghetto. She does not belong as a customer service worker much worse a manager. I had a problem with a return and she barely listened and just said we don’t do that here and LITERALLY walked away. Like that’s never happened ever to me as a customer so I was extremely shocked. The next day I came back to ask another manager, Jeff, and he explained everything so well and actually listened and helped. The answer was the same and I was so okay with it but the way it was handled by Lorita was so low class. She does not deserve her position as this company is prestigious and she has a terrible attitude”

“We came here to get tires and rims for our vehicle and wanted to finance them. Initially due to so many customers in the tire shop they asked us to check with the Service Desk. Or order it online. We went to the service desk and Kaylie was so amazing, she patiently listened to our questions, answered them. She then got in touch with the manager who went the extra mile and walked over to the tire center and spoke to the manager Jennero. Jennero and Amash was great and set up the invoice, booked our appointment and walked us through the process and payment process. Great experience and this was the best customer service we ever received at a Canadian tire. Highly recommend this store.”

“I had an event today and was looking at all Canadian tires to purchase anti slipp sand bags. Online for all stores would show they had some, however when getting to the store they could not find the product. I decided to call all Canadian tires within my area. I contacted the heartland town center location and spoke with Jasmine. Jasmine was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure she found the product and even set it aside for me to purchase and pick up.Jasmine was very pleasant and professional on the phone. I appreciate dealing with excellent employees in the retail department and always try and make the effort to allow others to know. Thank you again Jasmine for all your help, keep up the amazing work!”
