Friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. Had a minor issue with my throttle and they fixed it on the spot no appointment. If you own a German vehicle this is the place to go hands down

Brought my car in for safety certified and alignment. Passed the safety certifying with no additional works required. My rear gearbox was leaking so they recommended to replace the seal. They told me it would not affect my safety certificate and I can do it later. I have them fixed the gearbox too. My first time here but I feel very comfortable to bring my car to them for repair.

Today my car battery was dead. I jumped up my car and drove to CTS Auto Inc without the appointment. I am happy that Brandon was accepted my drop in. The battery was ordered and installed professionally. Also, the air fan in side the car was noise when it is turned on. I asked Brandon to take a look. after replaced the battery, the noise is not there any more. Brandon said that they can work on it once the noise come up again. It is a honest shop and the price is reasonable. This is a place I recommended.
