Excellent service from Jake and another gentleman whose name I did not get. It was only for the start knob on my old Frigidaire dryer. The part was promptly ordered and we can use the appliance again!

Recently the interior glass on our 4-year-old GE Café wall over cracked. A repairman came and quoted a price of $1200 for the part and installation. Needless to say, we weren't going to do that and planned to get a new oven even though the oven originally cost more than $2500. But a friend recommended Crawford Appliances, which found the same part for about one-third of the price. Even with installation by Crawford, we saved at least $600. Service was perfect.

I want to that Brad and his team. I thought I had to buy a new stove. After a brief conversation he recognized I just needed to replace a couple switches. I took his advice and everything works amazing. Great service dept and friendly employees.

My husband and I recently purchased a new washing machine from Crawfords. Brad walked us through the many options and benefits of each type of machine. He was super helpful and educated us on all of the possible features and with that knowledge we were able to make a great decision on which machine to purchase. We are so happy with our purchase and would 100% return for any of our appliance needs. If you are looking for apliances or bbq's you will not be dissapointed with the service and expertise at Crawfords. It is also a bonus that we are supporting a family business over the big box stores.
Also, the guys that delivered our machine and removed our old machine were super professional and very efficient!

Update, Aug 28, 2024.
Since I posted this review I tried contacting Crawford appliances numerous times. EVENTUALLY was able to speak with Brad who said that he never received my email??? (I replied to the same email he sent me the invoice from), who let me know that because of this 1 star review, they decided to not give me the warranty. WOW, amazing customer service! I let them know that if I was not given the run around for so many months I would not have posted this review and was willing to take it down. At which point Brad let me know that he was still thinking about it. I have been calling ever since nearly daily and still not able to reach him or get a reply. I am so frustrated with this company and their customer service so please do not purchase from them if you want to avoid this type of hassle or the silent treatment.

Purchased a wall oven from Crawford Appliances and they mentioned a buy back plan that I could enrol in, have been trying to reach them now since last December, I call nearly every day and leave messages and Brad has not returned a single one of my calls. Very poor customer service and so I will not be using this place again.

I received excellent services from Brad and his team. He listened to my needs and suggested the best model of washer to satisfy them instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model as it is commonly done in big chains. The delivery and installation were quickly and efficiently done. It is a family business with personalized service. I fully recommend them without reservations.

Terrible service. I requested a service call to a tenanted property and they billed for the call but did not repair or offer a remedy. Very poor customer service on the phone.

I thought calling a small local company would be the way to go I was wrong, I was impressed by how quick they showed up, but that was it.
I wasn'tme when the technician came, he diagnosed the problem left a bill for $107 and said he would call me. Never did. I had to call the office a couple times. They said they're gonna order parts but wouldn't tell me how much parts cost or how much it would be to fix. Seems weird to me they would order parts without my okay or even giving me a quote. I wish I had read the reviews before calling them, lesson learned.
