They did a fabulous job installing my cabinets, counter top, and backsplash. The quality of the cabinets are very nice. Solid wood doors and 3/4 inch boxes. All have slow stop hinges and drawer rails. The quality of work during install was top notch and the pricing was extremely reasonable. If you’re looking into getting a kitchen remodel I highly recommend to keep CozyHome in consideration.

I had an exceptional experience with CozyHome's kitchen cabinets - they seriously impressed me! The prices are the best around for the quality of materials I was looking for. Their designer Giann was extremely knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole process, guiding me to discover the ideal layout for my dream kitchen. Once everything was finalized, the white glove delivery and installation process was very quick and painless, clearly done by a team of seasoned professionals with great eyes for details.I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. We choose CozyHome Kitchen for our kitchen renovation by friends referral and I just have to say that we are very much satisfied. Giann was fantastic to work with! She quickly understood our requirement, proposed proper designs, and showed a very professional approach. From the get go she was very clear about what they will do and what I need to take care of. And most importantly their costs are very reasonable compared to the market. Good professional service and they made our experience great. At first I purchased two cabinets from there.They appeared "too busy" to deal with me at first but once I got their attention they were very nice and helpful!One of the cabinets were damaged and they exchanged it with no fuss!I even returned and purchased a third cabinet. Quality is great! Price is great! Don't settle for Home Depot or Ikea!

I am a custom home builder. I bought all the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities from CozyHome for the custom house we build last year. As you can see from the pictures, the kitchen looks fantastic !!!we paid half price compare with the custom kitchen We bought for former custom house. All the contractors who works for me like the kitchen cabinets and vanities, they start to buy from Cozy Home now.The designer is very experienced, the installers are very professional, I really suggest home owners, contractors to visit Cozy Home to take a look , if you have a plan to renovate your kitchen or bathroom.Service: Pre-made cabinet design & installation

We were hoping to do business with cozy home, the showroom for classic brand, we were looking to purchase a large amount of vanities and kitchen islands for several houses. This is sept 2022 and they would not let us in the store without a mask!! Regardless of the fact that I have a medical mask exemption! This is very discriminatory and poor customer service. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone after the treatment I had received!I have no issue with having your lawyer contact me. I was there with my wife and 2 children. I should file a human rights complaint against this business for the discrimination I have received over my inability to don a face mask for medical reasonsNot only am I not able to. The lady who sits at the desk insisted that I look healthy enough to do so!

I have installed 3 new kitchens with this company during a 10 yrs period and always received an exceptional end product and the most professional experience during the process. Prices are the best I could find for real wood cabinets. Giann is super friendly and extremely knowledgable. The design phase was such a pleasure. even when we changed some parameters she was able to accomodate our requests. The Installation was on time and the installers were very precise in measurements so no adjustments were needed, I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for quality/price/professionalism in one.Services: Cabinet design

3 bathroom vanities and an entire kitchen renovation completed, all happy great experiences! Found perfect sized vanities I was looking for, great prices on backsplash tiles and great kitchen demos on display. Kitchen Reno date was delayed, but Giann helped with some work arounds on the countertop and backsplash installs. Very detailed in explaining options, what is required, deadlines and policies. Thank you Giann for providing good professional contractors, good communication and laying out all options to complete our amazing remodel!

I recently visited Cozykitchen and bath and was very disappointed in the service I received by one of the Representatives at the Mississauga location/Giann. I had placed an order for my countertop, vanity and additional counter cabinet on Saturday. At the time they mentioned that the factory was closed on Saturday and would send the request through Monday when they re-open to start working on the order to be ready for pick up as early as Friday. I understand the policy is final sales and no exceptions are made however, considering they were still closed and not yet started my request I inquired if I could make a slight change to my order as I made the decision under duress. Again, it had not yet been prepared/built or cut. I advised that my contractor and designer advised they would be here Monday and when they arrived I would speak with them on the final decision regarding the countertop colour and the side the hinge would need to be on. Because these two items had not been built and are the last to be attached and not yet cut to size, I would have really appreciated their understanding and cooperation in assisting me with this matter. I felt the request was reasonable considering it had yet to be built or started. I apologized for the frustration, explained the process was new for me and I was clearly not in the right state of mind as they saw I was overwhelmed and distracted. When I left, I immediately called them (within the hour)to explain that the decision was made under duress asking them to put a hold until Monday when I could reconfirm. Giann was very rude, refusing to speak with me over the phone and was yelling in the background to her sales associate Linda to reiterate it was final, no change despite it not being processed yet. I asked If I could have a moment of her time, but she refused and said policy was policy, nothing could be done. My family and friends are all Currently doing renovations which is how I came to find out about this place. After my experience however, I would not recommend them. They insisted I pay cash and so I did, however now that they’ve received my full payment, they are choosing to be very unaccommodating. I’m still waiting to hear back as I asked to escalate my complaint inquiring if I could connect with the Owner, President and CEO) let’s see what happens. I’ll be sure to keep you all informed. I am very disappointed and upset at this point and will be making sure my family, friends and large network are aware so not to fall into the same predicament.
