Do not EXPECT any reasonable SERVICE if you go to buy from this store in Mississauga. Didn't call us about the order for 2-month until we went to check with them, and delivery was promised by 5 PM and didn't likely started the delivery service until 6 PM and did not arrive until 10 PM. Worst service in our experience.

Superb purchase and experience at Cozy Living. Shan is a great person, taking his time over several weeks to allow us to make the perfect set of purchases - dining table and chairs, server, mattress, and night stands. Delivery was extra, but at a minimal amount compared to price of furniture. Table was assembled on the spot. No problem with delivery or any damage during transport. Nearly a year later, everything still working well.Only downside is products are on the higher end, however, quality definitely exceeds majority of other big box stores.

Very Poor customer service, they do not keep their commitment. I DO NOT recommend this place, better to go to big box stores where they care more about returning customers, very disappointed in the couches we bought and I ll be sure to tell as many people as I can Not to go there and have the same experience I did, extremely unsatisfactory product and customer service.

Bought a dining table chair set 3 years ago the leg broke and they said discontinued and can not help .. do whatever with the broken chair leg .. reticula’s just keep show full furniture on showroom but don’t back the quality .. would not buy again from them ever

Buying the couch was ofcourse easy and everyone was nice at the store, but the minute they hear you are not satisfied with the product or looking for help, they say its not our problem, you have to deal with the manufacturer. They even stop responding to emails and phone calls. Very disappointing way to do business, I will never refer anyone to this store and will never buy any furniture there again. Our couches are so uncomfortable and have a poor quality. The store refuses to return or exchange. I dont recommend it.

Worst experience, we bought bedroom set worth of 7000 dollars and chest of drawers delivered was faulty, they sent us replacement three times but all three had problems with drawers and alignment. Al was trying to help us but in the end he also says it’s the same with all their chest of drawers at showroom. Shan said that if the replacement are not good we can discuss but now no commitment. I hope they will call us to replace or refund money.

Absolutely pathetic! So it happened that when we visited the store they didn’t consider us serious buyers so never checked on us. I liked a particular sofa and when the rep EL realized that I was interested he started being nice to us. After ordering when I went their for the second time the other rep wasn’t even interested to show me around and from distant pointed out at particular chairs I was interested in and just told me the cost. Upon delivery we got a call that we need to visit the store and pay balance amount to get delivery at home. Next is that we held certain amount just in case if the product is damaged, they only unloaded the sofa from the truck when we paid. That too, they didn’t include the sofa pillows which we were promised. Still waiting for them to deliver it. Pathetic service, pathetic place to shop. I felt that they were racist. Absolutely no business with them next time. The store should be shunned and closed. One star because the products are good. But you can find cheaper options from other store where you get good customer service and respect

They have a very beautiful selection of furniture. Al who helped us selecting and customizing dining set, was fantastic. He is very helpful, kind and conscientious. Following the good experience we had, we also purchased our bed set from there.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man that was working there was downright disrespectful, pretentious, and obnoxious.I get that maybe your products might be better quality than some other furniture stores but if you want to sell your product, stay humble lol.Don’t ever disrespect customers and judge people that walk into your store because you won’t be selling anything. I highly recommend that anyone looking for furniture look somewhere else because this store isn’t worth your time. I will never look at this store again, this place deserves 0 stars…I wish Google allowed me to do that.

If I could rate this company it would be a negative one million!!!We ordered a couch from them almost five years ago. When our original couch was delivered, the fabric we had chosen was stained black throughout the couch. Yet they chose to deliver it with destroyed material! After fighting with them for weeks, they finally agreed to pick up the damaged couch and we picked new fabric.Fast forward to 2021. One of my cushions, the fabric wore right through to the filling. I called the store and was told to locate my receipt and to send pictures of the damaged cushion as well as the couch. Upon doing this I had mentioned I could not locate my receipt. I was then told to bring the cushion in. I DO NOT live in the area, and took the drive down with the cushion as instructed. While I was there I was told the same thing, I need my receipt as it has the fabric. I left my contact information and they were to get back to me within 2-3 business days. I was also told that they may not even have the fabric in stock!Over one week goes by……. I email the store. Wait another two business days. Finally I call today. And speak with whom I believe is the manager, Ali? Shady shady man. He tells me they cannot locate my receipt and I need to find it. Obviously I’m not speaking ENGLISH here. I informed them three different times that I DONT HAVE IT!!! That’s why I was told to come into the store.Needless to say, they gave me the runaround for over two weeks! No one bothered to call or email us back. They have zero customer service! Apparently by law you need to have receipts on file for five years. It has not yet reached the five year mark and they should be able to look up my receipt and have this cushion replaced. They have no interest what so ever in repairing their products. So buyer beware…….. warranty is for one year! DO NOT LOOSE YOUR RECEIPT OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED!! But you’re screwed either way because they may no longer have the fabric.I think this place needs to be audited as they cannot provide receipts for tax purposes. As well the owner does not wear a mask in his store!!!Save yourself the aggravation, disappointment and lack of customer service from this sh*t hole. As a result , I bought a couch that didn’t even get five years of life!!!!!! And I’m forced to get a whole brand new one, as they’re so ignorant they won’t even try to replace the cushion for me!
