My parents pharmacy is here, some are great and others absolutely disrespectful. We were given medications we didn’t need and charged for them without telling which one was being processed. When we asked for a manager 1 person said they’re on lunch and 2nd person said they’re on vacation and to come back later. And behold! A manager was there and came to speak to us. Is this how you deal with seniors? Sho them away because you don’t want to deal with them? Because they don’t understand? Because they’re being charged money out of their pocket and they want to understand why this happened? Honestly if this spot was not just accessible for them, I would never recommend it.

Great location. It has banks and the dollar store nearby. More gas pumps have been added. Please add mirrors at the gas pumps for drivers to see if the pump is free or not. The blind spot does not allow a driver to properly see if another vehicle is blocking the pump before it.

Usually always have a good time shopping here. We shop here for pretty much everything weekly. This time I went there with my mom and we are one household however we wanted to do two separate transaction. We have never had issues until today when the Asian guy with long hair at the self checkout came towards us when we asked for help with scanning the water underneath the buggy. He said since we have a lot of items we can’t do self checkout. Umm where does it say that? There are 9 self checkout stations! If there was one sureee we are causing traffic but even then it’s self check out not express checkout.
Right off the bat I didn’t like his attitude. Then he went on to ask about our grocery. We said we are doing two transactions for the same household. He said we cannot do two separate transactions. Until now we have never had any issue! I put an emphasis on “same household with the same credit card” and he still said no. I was explaining to my mom about the situation and he came back and said he will make an exception this time. Unm since when did this new rule start where we cannot have two transaction or carry two buggies?

I contacted the pharmacy to refill a prescription. I stated I wanted 1mg SHERYL proceeded to tell me I had that in July. I stated to SHERYL no I did not she started raising her voice telling me all of my refills. I rose my voice to tell her the prescription was written July however it has information on it. She tried to tell me to be quiet then she realized she was wrong. I stated to her instead of accusing me of being wrong she could have simply checked the prescription and seen I was correct instead SHERYL hung up the phone on me. SHERYL is highly unprofessional and does not represent the Costco brand well because of her poor customer service. Head office and management should fire her.

Yesterday I went to Costco and ask them to buy new membership and there is an offer to buy new one for $65 and get $45 as digital card , one of the girls work told me you can do online only and back to me, when I buy and pay the money they told me oh this is just for USA, you can contact with the company to refund your payment
