They don’t like picking up the phone. I needed their fax number for an important refill I just had knee surgery. They answered once and gave me the wrong fax number. Been trying since 9 am it’s now 2:24 pm

I wish i can give more lower rating.too much waiting time to just pickup the medicine during weeks days itnis more then 30 minutes always 20 plus people line up.pharmacy counter people are too slow & only one person on counter. Feels like coming to costco waste of time.

Terrible experience in this pharmacy, the pharmacist Mohammad is not professional at all. We came here for the walk-in vaccine, and he said he cannot take it and asked us wait for 2-3 hours until his partner starts work, his excuse is he cannot provide the safe vaccine by himself. Then why you open before 2 or 3 PM? This is a ridiculous excuse. Would’ve given 0 star if at all possible.

Mohamad is so rude and doesn’t have any common senses. He should not work at any Costco pharmacy. He reruns Costco’ reputation.Fire him !

This pharmacy used to be great but now it’s just impossible trying to contact them. And you could sit for hours and they still donot answer the phone. I wonder if anyone from their department who is reading this would take action on this matter.Even the times they give you for the prescription to be ready is sometimes not met.At this rate I would have to change my pharmacy.

There are so many 1 star reviews for a reason, highly incompetent staff, not sure if its their problem or it's Costco's problem who doesn't do a good job at training or hiring employees for this important business. Came here to get my prescription medication after it was faxed by my family doctor, though this time I had insurance, the lady at the counter said based on my insurance she can only give me one a month's supply instead of the usual 3!! I reluctantly accepted, asked me to wait for another 30 minutes so that they can repackage the meds. After 30 minutes I was told that I have to pay $5 for each medicine and I have to pay that every month!!! That was a different employee who also had no idea why I'm being charged $5 and on a monthly basis. I asked her why wasn't I informed of this before keeping me here for 30 minutes and her response was "you don't have to take them if you don't want to!", and that was the best decision ever. I immediately left, didn't take the medication and went straight to a shoppers next to my home and they gave me 3 months supply of meds and I had to pay $5 only once and they explained that this is a co-pay requested by my insurer. Only go to Costco if you don't have insurance I guess otherwise they have no idea what they are doing!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. So many people who have no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all costs! Unless you are willing to wait for hours!

I am a loyal costco customer and rarely find them disappointing..the pharmacy however messes up often..I order 5 meds for three months supply and they can't seem to get it right..invariably they fill the prescription incorrect and then make you wait 20 to 40 minutes to fix their mistake..forcing you to spend so long in the warehouse..so what is the point of ordering ahead?? How do you explain the incompetence ??

the person who answers the phone seems to be lacking in customer service skills. I'm appalled at the way they spoke to me yesterday. my former family doctor clinic did not like working with them because they seemed to have always been poor in their correspondences, so it was tricky to get my medications before.

Highly incompetent staff. Would not give medication as there was 2 days left. Long queues and sometimes medications not available.
