No one ever answers the phone, regardless of the day or hour. If you're understaffed, at least have a messaging service so you can call customers back. Subpar service.

Extremely frustrated. I ordered a case of Celsius this morning. Damaged and leaking. I was refunded and ordered a replacement. Same thing. Someone at Costco cut into the cans while removing packaging.

The pharmacy assistants at pick up are consistently rude to customers, although the drop off lady and the pharmacist were nice. I arrived at 12:06 to pick up my 12:07 prescription and the pharmacy assistant was so rude and nitpicky about the time saying I had to go back in line and wait a minute. Spoiler alert: there was no line, no other customers, he was not otherwise busy, and my prescription was already ready. In the time it took for me to move my cart, it was literally already 12:07. I understand if I arrived 10-20 minutes early, but 1 minute… There was no reason to be so unnecessarily rude and condescending. He gave me such a condescending smirk thirty seconds later when I showed him 12:07 on my phone. Like why are you having a power trip? Makes me question having my prescriptions filled here…

I given my one prescription on 13th and others on Jan 30th when I picked up on Feb 2nd they all cancelled they did not run through my insurance before Jan 31st my insurance finished on Jan 31st they asked me to pay for their mistake.Mississauga Costco pharmacy Laird road.Very bad experience.

The staff, including the pharmacist, are so overwhelmed that they would rather send you to shoppers than spend time helping you. My dog is diabetic, and I went in to pick up some supplies for him, but they told me they didn’t have it and to go to shoppers, but they did. They had a whole shelf of it. I had to point it out to them.Have you considered hiring more staff and training them instead of turning customers away with false information?

Waited over an hour and a half for my mother's medication, and ended up being given the wrong one. When my mother pointed that out, Denisse (the student pharmacist) started yelling at my mom so loudly I heard her from the sitting area. Completely disrespectful and didn't recognize that what she did was inappropriate and terrible customer service. I spoke with the manager afterwards who listened to my concerns, apologized, and said she'll speak to her. Better training should be given to the pharmacists to ensure clients aren't getting yelled at!

Called them, spoke for a bit and then they kept me on hold indefinitely. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional behaviour ??

They offer good quality fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and seafood, dairy, frozen meat, fruits, vegetables and deli.The warehouse is generally clean and associates are friendly and helpful. They usually offer better prices compared to other grocery stores, but if you're shopping for one person, it might not be suitable for you.

do not see my previous review anymore. Why ?. Here is my review, the same as before. There was a discrepancy between the doctor's prescription and the actual drug I got from this pharmacy. The dose of the actual drug I got was lower than my doctor's prescription. I just realized this after a month of taking this drug. Another thing is that the person who took the order was the same person who did the consultation for me. Was he a technician or pharmacist ?.

What can you say .. they are always the best place to save money on your household needs. Good selection is the best with prices that save you allot of money. And they are the best at giving you a memorable snack when you leave at a price that leaves you with a smile.

The fact that COSTCO pharmacy at this location is not seemingly keeping track of the feedback..says it all!!Lessons learned - don't approach the pharmacy staff after 8:00, they are SUPER grumpy and keep quoting that they will close soon..am sure it's due to the insane work load..but pleae don't pass that negative vibes to the customers :(The junior ones in training are super nice, but the ones that "seem" experienced behave as if they "own" the customers and it's their birthright to be rude!Why? Came for collecting my dad's heart meds at 8 and the in-training girl at the pick-up counter was sweet to search if the meds r ready...but since it didn't show up in her system, had to go to the drop-off counter where PAULA looked at me & replied back as if I had no business coming to tht counter at this time!!Result - shifting my pharmacy to Costco Burlington, where the staff are seemingly much nicer

No gas station at this Costco but they have other amenities like a tire center, propane refill, and the pharmacy. The layout is the same as the other ones when you get in so there's no surprises there.One of the interesting things that I saw on this run was a Kirkland branded Brita jugs. It's the same size and shape as the Brita that they have in stores but cheaper. Hopefully better quality too, since the first Brita I bought at Costco was cracked out of the box.Since this Costco is on the border of Oakville and Mississauga, I was hoping that they might have Korean hot dogs to cater to the crowd but they did not. Still a rare commodity it seems. They did have other cool Asian goods like the shrimp chips and the BTS banana milk, straight from Korea!

I'm not a mega Costco fan (don't love huge crowds these days lol) but my husband is so I end up here more often than I'd like haha.Thankfully we've only gone to this location on off peak hours (it's still super busy) so it hasn't been too extreme in terms of peeps or fighting for parking.We've found some neat items for our house etc here and for sure some good deals. However since we are a family of 3 (which includes a two year old who doesn't eat much lol) we find we can't get through many of the fresh produce or food options unless we share with extended family.On our most recent visit, we tried the hot dog, pizza and poutine. I was surprised at how decent the poutine was, only wished the gravy melted the cheese curds a liiiiiitle more. It also would be great if they had a healthier option or two on the menu as well.See ya again soon, Costco!
