The layout is fantastic, with products neatly displayed along the walls, making everything accessible and easy to find. They carry an amazing variety of skincare, haircare, and beauty items—from popular brands to unique finds you don’t see everywhere else. It’s no surprise the store is always bustling with customers!
What really makes the experience even better is the staff, especially May. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every product, always ready with thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I need. May is friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond to explain how each product works, helping me understand the best way to use them. I trust her advice completely; everything she’s suggested has become a staple in my routine. If you're new to Asian beauty or looking to try something different, ask for May—she’s an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend her enough. Its come to a point where when I visit to purchase, and she's not there, I come back another time! Though I can say other staff have also made exceptional recommendations. Overall, customer service is top notch.”
