I had previously given this clinic a five star rating. I was going there regularly and seeing Dr. Yacoob I did initially at one time see Dr. attisha and had a very unpleasant experience then however I met Dr. Yacoob and was happy with the services there since then Dr. Yacoob has left and I have followed him but my mom didn’t because the clinic is closer to her house. My mother is a 74-year-old senior. My mother was treated terribly by Dr. Atisha. It is not the first time as I was Also, she was rude and impatient and aggressive both to my mother who is a senior and to myself and I highly recommend that no one goes to her because of how she treated my mother and I my mom needed her high blood pressure medication and she refused to see her and sent her to the hospital Anyhow, I’d like to share my experience and you will see a previous review. That was a five star rating for me as I was happy with Dr. Yacoob but I have to be honest it’s not right that people be treating a senior that way thank you kindly for your time and reading my post.

I have been going to this pharmacy for awhile now and I always have a good experience. They deliver my husband's blister pack and they always include any updated meds. Always a friendly face when I go in. I have never had a problem.

I have been a patient & customer with this excellent pharmacy for a number of years. The Pharmacists, Ed & Heba are professional, knowledgeable & genuinely care for customers & ensure you are informed regarding your prescribed medications. Laura & Mira, the pharmacy assistants are also professional, kind, & helpful in providing excellent service and follow-up for your needs. I reside in Oakville & decided to deal with Collegeway Pharmacy due to previous problems & concerns with other pharmacies. I went to pick up my brother’s prescription, and this was the second time.These people are so halpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. Kind pharmacy team. Went out of their way to find an uncommon drug that was prescribed to me. I had been frustrated because I called 7 other pharmacies (the big name stores) and not one pharmacist/assistant offered to help me find a place to fill it. Staff at Collegeway Pharmacy (a blond woman in particular) actually cared and helped. Thanks!!!

The blonde older woman. Super rude. So much attitude, she talks to you with such disrespect. After she gave me the medicine she slams the bottle on the counter. I'll be going to another pharmacy from now on. After she leaves I will return. Let me know.
