I had a such a bad experience on September 5 at 10:20pm as i have required to fill up tire, therefore i paid through which was $2.50 and discovered that it wasn’t working at all as there was no air passing in my tire. I went it to the store to see the cashier and addressed him the issue, but cashier named Mohit straight away said that there’s nothing he could as the tire filling station isn’t connected to my screen, i said okay but i have paid $2.50 to fill up my tire which was really low in tire pressure and i really need a service. “Mohit neglected again by saying there is nothing he can do. He never apologized and never i m sorry for the inconvenience and just carrying on with the other customer even though i asked for the money back which wasn’t a big deal for me for begging my own $2.50. It’s all about the customer service and negligence of such a guy working there. I wanted to see how does it handles it and he failed completely. I enquired him if the vendor pays you the rent for setting up the air station he never replied and never the accountability. I m sorry Canada. Ruthless customer service, doesn’t know to treat a customer at the store which was incredibly unprofessional. I am wandering how such employees can hired who treat their own customers like they don’t care at all. I am a manager at a hotel my self just to let you know Circle k. This guy needs to be either kicked out..!
I am never going to this gas station in my whole life. Interesting part is i was successfully able to inflate my tire just across the gas station and people were so humble polite and helped me to provide me the change as i had $5 bill and suggested me to please check the machine if works fine or not otherwise i will provide you the money back. That’s called customer service.
I hope karma will teach Mohit a lesson it’s never about the money. It’s about your character, etiquettes and professionalism which he drastically failed. Sorry Canadians now i knew how it feels like bumping with such people??

This is one of the worst gas stations I’ve ever visited. The Tim Hortons staff that work the registers are racist and were extremely rude. I would do anything possible to avoid going to this location.

The girls at Tim's seem to be nice but that indian girl working for circle k was incredibly rude. Had the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time.

Just went to buy some drinks at night time….cashier was punjabi guy..hee didn’t even looked at me or answered properly…he was just playing games in his phone…Worst service for customers

Arrived at 10 pm on July 2 and the doors were locked, the cashier just sat at the register motioning that they are closed … how can the store be closed when you state you’re open 24 hours?

The Tim Hortons staff here is almost rude. They talk rude in local language. It seems like they don't want customers . I interacted with a lady on 31 May at 5.40. Worst Tim experience ever .
