I would like to share my experience with y’all. I went to Circle K to buy a captain blacks. When I exited the store I opened the blacks and the white tip fell off. I went to return the broken cigar and the rude customer service rep didn’t want to give me a new one nor did he want to refine my funds. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. He even told me he was going to call the police. Police for a $2.50 Captain Black.

This is my favorite location for my vehicles fuel needs and car wash for last 20 years. The customer service was great before and now it's becoming a worst place for it. The main door needs to be fixed. Gas counter employee need some training on customer service. One time they ask me to pay first for the fuel. Today they ask me to pay through the machine and then the machine didn't issue the receipt. When I ask the employee, that individual is acting like something. I know how important is the customer service to run a business.

Twice, there is no one there past 12 am. This is a 24/7 service. Really inconvenient. Manage your employees better.

Skip on the fountain drinks at this location. I've got a few drinks (diet Pepsi) and they don't add much syrup at all, essentially tastes like dirty water. This has been the case about 85% of the time for me at all different times of day, no more.

Car wash brakes every 20 minutes, every single time I visited, last time I waited over 45 minutes with only 5 cars infront of me

This fuel station is located on the south west corner of Hurontario Street and Britannia Road West (and south of Hwy 401 @ Hurontario St. exit). It is one of many Esso gas stations that have been officially re-branded Circle K.Unleaded regular, mid-grade and premium fuels are available including diesel.If you need a car wash, vacuum, or air tire inflation, these services are found here as well.There are 14 pumping stations (2 are diesel) which are activated quickly and counter service is friendly and efficient.Inside the convenience store, you'll find among other things a Tim Hortons, ATM, Lotto station, snacks, ice, Propane Exchange and a selection of beverages.Don't forget to claim your Esso Reward points or PC Optimum rewards program points.

worst service.... bad response to the customer... i used the vacume service there and put 2.30$ and the vacumme didnt worked... i left it there and ask the gas station guy then his responce was so dry and he didnt want to return my money.... he told me to call the vacume service company with a smile and denied to give my money.....and first of all this is the gas station responsibility to maintain these machines by concting the service provider... the guy acting smartly to customer but this is not an ethical way of working... definatly we dnt want to go to this gas station...
