“I don’t get the bad reviews. Yes the owner is not the usual friendly bubblely chatty kind of sales, but he explains everything clearly and is very genuine and honest. We had a nice shopping experience as it was short and sweet.The other thing I want to mention is the store itself. We got a stroller that was out of stock from everywhere. Feels like a little hidden gem that has everything you might need especially if you don’t mind an older version but economical and practical.”

“Came in today with my baby & his Godmother to shop for his Baptism outfit. We called to be let into the store and were promptly let it in with a friendly greeting (with high value items in the store, the calling system makes perfect sense). We found such a cute outfit, great selection of baby boy baptisms outfits - we had been to a couple of stores previously and were underwhelmed by the selection/quality, so if you’ve had a hard time I highly recommend coming here to look!

“Where can you find the hottest styles for kids and adult clothing, great quality (aka. last more than 1 cycle in the wash), and affordable... Joe Fresh! This beats any competitor in the same price point ... H&M, Zara (this is actually more expensive!), Costa Blanca, Forever 21, Old Navy, and Mango. All the other places just don't have the smart sensibility that makes you look chic instead of cheap. It helps that the designer is also married to the Pink Tartan designer and also helmed Club Monaco and Alfred Sung before it was sold. How's that for pedigree! I really do love how the style is new but not 'dated'. I can wear most of these pieces the year after and not look like some poor schmuck that rummaged last year sales. The quality is outstanding. I bought a slew of these cute dresses, shorts, and tops for my niece. She actually outgrew these before any of them showed wear and tear from the constant bleaching and washing. Considering the prices are less than $15 per piece... it's a true bargain. I also love how the kids clothing doesn't look like barbie just exploded on a piece of cloth. They're definitely kids clothing but they're a bit refined as well. As for the adult pieces, I wish they were made smaller for me. I would snap up so many things here. A lot of them are so well made (they're lined!!!) and the fit and finish is much higher than the price point would normally allow. Plus the textures and cloth weight are softer than most of the other stores at the same price. I don't know how they do it but please keep it up... just make them smaller... PLEASE!”

“I like the selection and style of clothing at UNIQLO. We bought 2 fall jackets for my sons and a few shirts for my wife and I, and the price was quite reasonable. We found the staff member who assisted us at the self checkout to be friendly and helpful. The Square One location is the closest outlet for us, so we'll be back!”

“Exceptional Customer Service from Bella on September 1, 2024. She was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and went ABOVE-AND-BEYOND to provide exceptional customer service to my son and I. As a customer with a physical disability using an assistive device, the 5 star service begins and ends with Bella. My opinion of the rest of the staff echos that of the exorbitant number of one star reviews. I found other staff to be dismissive, unhelpful and condescending.”
