Most unprofessional auto service centre out there. I booked an oil change a week prior before leaving for a family road trip to Nova Scotia. I booked the appointment for a day before I leave, giving them the details of my vehicle in the original booking a week prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my 11:30pm appointment they told me they were running behind today and told me that they miss quoted me on the oil change and it was going to cost more because I have a diesel engine. I waited. At 12:30 the technician came up to me and told me that they will not be able to my oil change because they cannot get the oil. The technician shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing they can do after I questioned why they never took the due diligence of insuring that they had the oil when I originally booked the appointment. No resolution, no compromise, not even an attempt to fix the situation. They did not listen when I told them the type of engine and car type. Unprofessional through and through and not worth wasting your time because they will leave you in a pinch with extra fees after the fact. Save your time and don’t test your mental fortitude with these wrench monkeys.

Definitely do not recommend this service. After detailing serious history of my vehicle, the owner said he didn’t listen to a word I said. So any of you that knows my husband Darryl and his 34 years of exceptional expertise, stay away from this place.

I was recently referred by Autobest, (I have not used them but the had great reviews and might in the future) to Carwin Service Centre for a wheel alignment. I had a wheel alignment done at 2 other places in the past, crap work. Carwin was professional, timely and affordable, great work, I highly recommend then and will go back. tnx
