The old man I’m not sure if he’s the owner of the place, he is probably under some kind of drugs. I went there to drop off my package and was looking for the QR code on my phone, as soon as I was done, I told the lady who I was dealing with that I’m done since she got busy using her phone.I wasn’t even talking to old man but he started yelling at me for no reason saying that he is working. I ignored it the first time but after a few seconds he again started yelling for no reason, I told him to lower down his voice and I wasn’t even talking to him. After I said that, something got inside and he charged at me and pushed me and tried to throw my boxes and asked me to get out of the place. Nothing like that had happened to me in canada before this, I was in a state of shock and I immediately called the police.The old man while I was on the call with the police, tried to come and apologise for his behaviour along with the lady who reasoned his aggressive behaviour to him being 70 years old or so. Does that age give him a license to shout at people coming into the store?The police had to intervene and obviously tried to settle it down by telling me that its not a grave offence. But is it still allowed? Can anyone in canada especially a pharmacist allowed to Shout and yell at people coming to their store to avail the goods and services they are offering. If they can’t provide the services they are offering they claim to as per standards and can’t maintain an ethical behaviour due to whatever reasons, they should close it down.I just want to review this place as the most disgusting experience of my life. I don’t know if he was racially discriminating or was under the influence of some kind of hard drugs or whatever but his violent behaviour really frightened me.As a matter of fact, I have the video of the old man charging towards me and as soon as I started recording it, he backed off and stopped abusing for obvious reasons.I’m even complaining this to the board of pharmacists. It’s a dangerous and an unsafe place. Reporting the pharmacy to the authorities!!

I called to ask if they have a specific medicine I want and they put me on hold to check. She put me on hold for almost 8 mins and then I ended the call and called back and she put me on hold for the second time because she was checking again and my concern hasn’t been resolved yet. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Extremely unprofessional staff, medical negligence i went to pick up medicines they didn’t gave all the medicines and the next day i went to pick up the medicine they said oh we don’t usually look at the back of the prescription, i would have never known that the medicines is missing until i was told by a friend who took a picture of prescription.

We have been with Bristol pharmacy for over 20 years and I have had beyond an excellent experience. Monica in particular is very committed ,helpful and responsible. We truly appreciate their services. Would rate them 10 stars! Recommend them for everyone!
