We had an issue with our car on the highway and Brakes Expert happened to be right off the highway. The owner was super friendly and helpful, took us right away and was able to fix the issue as well as another minor issue. We were very grateful! Great service.

It was 6:45 pm when I got home from work, worried about how I would make it in the next day. My brakes were broken, and I had no other means of transportation. I started searching for repair shops that could handle brakes, and this workshop was at the top of the list. I called them right away, just to check if they had the parts I needed. Yonis answered the phone and asked me to come by the garage quickly so he could take a look and discuss the issue. By 6:55, I was there. Despite the fact that their business hours ended at 7 pm, Yonis took his time, speaking calmly and professionally.
I left my car at the shop, and Yonis was even concerned about how I would get home. I insisted on taking an Uber. When I asked when the car would be ready, he told me it would be done by tomorrow morning, and I could pick it up at 10 am. I was shocked—it was such a fast turnaround! I left feeling relieved and returned the next day after work.
Now, here's the best part of my experience: A lot of work was done on my car, and not only did I pay a very competitive price, but I also received a generous discount. To top it off, the team fixed several additional issues for free! Amazing, right? You can check the attached picture to see what I paid for. Beyond that, they changed the oil and oil filter, replaced the cabin and engine air filters, fixed a door that wouldn’t open from the inside, and took care of a few other small details—all at no extra charge. I was beyond thrilled.
That evening, I had a trip to Kitchener, and I got to test the brakes along the way—everything worked perfectly! The owner even provided me with a 3-month warranty and assured me that if anything went wrong, I could bring the car back, and they would fix it until I was completely satisfied for free. That kind of service means a lot to me!
I was extremely happy with the work done, and I will recommend this garage to all my friends and acquaintances. Whenever I have car issues, this is the only place I’ll be going. Wishing the owner continued success and good health!

Drove my car in for a tune up and somehow ended up having to get a tow truck to tow it out still demanded over $700 and had to pay a tow truck to tow it to the dealer will never be coming here again or recommending anyone here horrible business

Took my Tacoma to Yonis for electric work, alignment and more. Incredible job by him and the team. Timely service with quality and fair prices. Hard to find a shop that can do all three but this shop can. Yonis is a great guy! He will take the time to explain the issues and the solutions. You can tell he takes pride in his craft.
