I am writing this review as a feedback!\\nMy friend bring me to the location at warden and steele for lunch today. The atmosphere was terrible due to the loud speaker, the server was so slow even it was not busy. The food was not terrible but not good. The worse is the brown girl came to collect our bill was very rude. Asking how much we should tip her many times like she was deaf even we told her to keep all from the gift card. Making my girl friend felt very bad! Oh man, this brown girl should NOT be consider in this service industry!

Havn't been to this location in awhile so thought we would try it after baseball. Walked in and we all used thier sanitizer, big mistake had to go into the bathroom to get it off our hands, was like slime and wouldnt come off without washing it off, cheaped out on the sanitizer. Was not busy but waited for 3 or 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches with sweet potato fries which were very good but cold, tasteless sandwich and chicken was dry. Place was dirty, had a window booth seat and i dont think the windows could be any more filthy. When i got the bill, the sweet potato fries were a $3 upgrade and to get through the sandwich i had to dip in the sauce that comes with the fries so had to ask for another sauce which comes in a very small cup and that was $1.30Enjoy your $1.30 Boston Pizza Georgetown cause we wont be back. Georgetown is a small place cant afford to loose to many customers.Money is at a premium now with gas prices so high, feel ripped off, plenty of good restaurants in Georgetown, would not recommend this location EVER......

Watch this place. I stopped going to Boston pizza on Mapleview in Barrie. Both times I was there they overcharged and not by a small amount. And about 2 1/2 years ago in Oshawa on Taunton the girl overcharged us by $50.00 . Good thing my daughter caught this. My mother was at Boston pizza in Alliston. The bill cam to $12.?? . She paid with a $20.00 and her male server never came back with the change. On the way out the door it was brought to their attention. My mother did her change back. She did leave a tip. But should not of. 3 different Boston pizza's and the same mentality from each. I'm thinking that this must be the way the staff is taught from the management of each store and also the corporate office.

Not able to sit we’re we wanted. Waited forever to get served. The worst garbage I have ever had there. The pizza came to the table pretty much raw,when brought back couldn’t even eat one piece. Onions were raw,comple trash and not to mention overpriced. Will definitely NEVER go back again. This is in Kenora Ontario.

Boston Pizza Sudbury..managers name Melissa.Today..i ordered a poutine for delivery..along wings and a nice bottle of. This was the only delivery food i order and today is the last day Ill ever spend a cent there.Ive had bad service..but i think over the phone your manager has lost any service skills shes ever had. I received poutine.."not assembled" in case my hamburger(didnt order one) buns would get wet. Seeing as i had no warning ..im in the process of moving..i have no microwave or ways to assemble..i called to complain. I was hoping for a refund..but told by melissa its not possible..i asked what she could...she said..not much..at all..After pullingteeth..threatening to complain...blah blah blah..she said i guess i could give u store credit..but ..ill have to go in and get it..not on my next delivery i guess. So i asked for customer service number and this extremely rude lady said ...in that case no credit for me. NICE BOSTON PIZZA REPRESENTATION! I told her at this time to just stop..but she continued to tell me she didnt my tone of voice and contd blah blah....safe to say..last 60 bucks ill spend ..

They offer a fantastic variety of delicious food. I liked eating here. Employees are always very kind, pricing is fair and the place is always well organised.

Terrible service on multiple occasions at Milton locations. Will not be returning as my issues were not satisfactorily dealt with by manager.
