Zack and the team are highly professional and provide greatly service at great value to the customer. I used to take my car to the dealer which was a very poor experience. I have moved all of my service business to Bloor West Auto and am happier for it.

I got a flat tire on Stanfield at 2:45pm, because some dodos doing construction didn't clean up their worksite.
They took me in, fixed my punctured tire and I'm out the door by 3:40 on a Friday before the long weekend.

Marc and his team go above and beyond with their service. Even when doing a simple oil change and tire swap they will take the time to ensure the brakes etc are good and point out work and maintenance that might need immediate attention to avoid more costly breakdowns later or let you know if it can wait.This is important because I recently had my winter tires swapped elsewhere at my neighbourhood shop for convenience and shortly after found the brakes noisy because were totally worn and almost unsafe plus front end worn so I will definitely take the time to go to Bloor West Auto for all jobs big or small to keep my family vehicles safe.
