After visiting multiple stores I was so happy that I landed at Best Buy and especially at this location. The price was definitely one thing that they beat every other store but I was amazed at the service provided by Shaq and Moiz. They accommodated all my requests despite multiple delays from my side. They also made sure that the delivery was done at a day and time that suits me. Multiple calls were made to ensure that every small detail was taken care of. Even at the store I was felt very important as a customer which is what I liked about both these chaps. This will be my go to store for all my future needs.

This location service is very poor. They ignore customers and they are very rude and they promise cash refunds and they don’t give it.I wanted to put 0 stars never coming back in this location

Wanted to purchase a phone. Waited 20 mins plus to talk to a sales rep. 0 interest from anyone in the store to help sell. Walked off and took my business elsewhere

I bought belkin wireless earbuds from Argentia with an additional warranty. Within 6 months it got bad. I bought it back and a very rude guy named Dishan was not ready to listen. He was rude and went away to call someone else. What a disappointment on this. I bought extended warranty and this misbehaviour from this gentleman. It was really sad to shop from this store as when buying additional warranty they even after a year it gets bad, it is replaced with no questions asked. Now I get a refund only not a replacement and buds are expensive. Plus I both a 2 year additional warranty will not be given back even though the buds got bad in. Year. What a rip off. Be careful when purchasing additional warranty.

The staff was also nice person "Harit Lad", store manager also.Look forward buy anything from this store only because other stores aren't giving any discount and deals.

I wish I can put Zero NO STARs, DON’T trust them with their debit card, their system is stupid ready to steal your money and the team is not professional and not trained to help their customers. We went before the holidays to buy my son the new XBox, I tried to pay with my credit card but their machine didn’t accept it (working credit card and more than enough limit) they have advised to try debit, I tried my debit, the machine said its successfully done, my bank application said the amount successfully deducted. Best buy said sorry we didn’t receive the payment and they took off the Xbox from my som hands ? and put away from him as if we wanted to steal it, WHAT!The bank confirmed they deducted the amount, the application says it and shared that with them but their system is not showing. They also refused to cooperate or help in anyway saying its holidays, finance people are not available and come after the holidays ? I had to buy it again so I won’t let my son be sad. After two weeks of going back and forth and hours of calls they called saying come take your money back, and you know what, their system also didn’t work! And I had to leave and been asked to come back again because they gave the amount in cash just to save until they can make their system work! All of that with no single apology! I hate this place, no respect to customers, seems they think they are the only place! No more Beat buy me and my family members and friend trust me!

Customer service is so slow and poor. They make you wait for so long just to pick up a web order.
