Average wait time to just checkout will be 20-40 minutes with just maybe 2 people ahead of you.

I purchased ASUS Vivibook 16 from Best Buy #622. It is a great laptop. I would like to thank Azeez for helping out in purchasing the laptop as I was trying to compare it with an HP laptop. Azeez took the time to explain everything that resulted of purchasing the ASUS laptop as well as Microsoft Office 2021. Further more, he highly recommended me to become a Best Buy member (which i did) and managed to convince me to purchase warranty on the laptop. He ordered the laptop which I received 2 days after at the store from Harit who installed the MS office, antivirus, etc and did a diagnosis on my old laptop.

Customer service is awful. Needed assistance with a Dyson and no one around. Went up to ask 4 workers standing at cellphone area and no one would come over to help but said they’d page someone to come over. Waited 5 minutes asked another worker for help same response they would page someone for us. After being in store for 20 minutes and no one coming to help we left.

I have never entered a more poorly organized Best Buy store. No staff to be found for help on a Saturday. No one on cash to checkout customers long lines and no help whatsoever. Someone needs to do something.

Probably the best Best Buy branch we’ve been to.
Shaq gave us best deals possible and also store credits for switching lines.
I’d 100% recommend this branch.

Visited with my son to buy cell phone .Waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist in buying,no one turned up.
I twice requested the so called manager/ supervisor to send someone to assist.Another customer requested a lady for assistance but no use,later the customer walked out .
Futile exercise, they do not have the appetite to do business. Very pathetic service.
