I went to buy new Iphone to this location but I choose not to buy from here, because of a lady name kavita she works in mobile section is really rude to customers and me as well, she had a attitude like she owns that location. I don’t understand why the workers shows attitude to customers, if you don’t want to work then sit home but don’t show attitude to customers. Never going to this location again and also advising others to not there because of that lady(kavita).

I bought a new samsung s24 ultra on November 14, 2024 and was very impressed by the service given by Google Andriod support. The gentleman who provided me the help is Harkeerat aka Harry. He doesn't work for Best Buy but for Google. Harry helped me transfer the information from my Note 20 to the new phone professionally and with so much patience. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I thanked him profusely for his help but I thought the management should take note of Harry's professional service. He deserves a promotion.

Hafsa at Heartland location is an amazing employee. She is very patient to answer all the questions and does not rush you into making a purchase the same day. She is knowledgeable and soft spoken. Dealing with her in my purchase was very efficient.

I had the worst experience ever at this bestbuy a worker taht goes by the name “warun” he is a absolute racist he was very rude and arrogant to my mother and she wears a hijab and this guy is a hindu to other brown costomers he was very nice and helpful to them but with my mother he was rude and had a lot of attitude and gave rlly short and aggressive answers do not come to this Best Buy if your a Muslim because all they will do is just give the worst costumer service ever and I recommend if u do receive or even see any type of discrimination you should immediately report it because at least the manager was helpful with this situation.

I just had the best customer service from Zaufi in the checkout area. I was greeted with a smile and she is clearly very good at her job. I came in with a very important task and she had me in and out in 5 minutes. I'm coming here every time I need tech now

Extremely glad to visit this store for 8 new phones and 8 new lines. Japleen & Kavita both were extremely helpful with the setup and protection plans. Highly commendable to both hardworking staffs with lots of patience dealing with both phone providers and me. Lol. I would highly recommend both staffs for an award for their excellent service ?

Marc at BestBuy-Heartland provides excellent customer service. He’s very knowledgeable and excels at his job. Had a great experience at the store thanks to him. He was able to sort out end to end services with the TV, mounts and even arranging Geek squad service at my convenience.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Arisha. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me to the right products. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers leave satisfied, and Arisha went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.
The store itself was well-organized and had a fantastic selection, but it was really Arisha’s outstanding assistance that made all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of her!

The ladies at the customer service were very rude, manager was also terrible to deal with their all stuck up and bossy. I went to another location trying to buy a monitor and didn’t work 3 times than came to this location and they acted as if I was doing something wrong. Terrible place go to another local Best Buy steer clear of this one.

This location has a massive Breville sales & demo area that we were super excited about. We called the store as soon as it opened to verify they’d be running demos that day. Confirmed demos would be available 11am-5pm. Drove almost an hour to be told the store has no idea if the “Breville guy” will be in that day & no way to contact him to check. Waited 45min and he never showed up. I understand it’s a third party - give your front line team correct information so they don’t waste customers time.
Other than that, clean and large store with good selection. Hit and miss with some staff approaching us to check in and others completely ignoring us.

SCAM ALERT - DO NOT BUY PROTECTION FROM HERE Geek squad Best Buy Protection is a scam in Ontario. Their policies apparently does not include cancellation of a membership and refunding the remaining. Even tho at the store they assure you are able to cancel at anytime time and so I purchased the longest and largest protection plan they have. After a few months tried to cancel it. They did cancel it but said no money back refund. So now I have no protection on device & no money back for unused services (remaining 4.7/5 years x $240 of insurance = $220) they owe me $220 for the cancelled unused service that is no longer neeeded
Never buy BB Protection it’s an actual scam just imagine going thru claim process. I bet they find loopholes not to pay. Typical scammers

2024 Update: Gotta love the absolute absence of any customer service at this store. Came in looking at laptops and was probably there 20 minutes not a single associate in that department thought to offer some assistance. Instead the 3 or 4 staff in that department seemed like they were far too busy hanging out, playing video games and chatting about a party they went to. This location never surprises me with the consistent lack of customer care - I'm sure there are some good staff here but for the amount of associates meandering doing absolutely nothing that must be a very small number.

I understand COVID-19 places all employees and stores in a unique and challenging position; however, my experience extends far beyond simply COVID challenges and just an overall lack of care from the associates. Upon having an issue with in-store pickup stock the associate in more polite yet very unprofessional terms said you're SOL. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or provide any customer service they then told me to go to another store to see if they could resolve it.
You're not able to contact the Best Buy store directly, so what would have been a 2 minute resolution turned into a 2+ hour wait on hold for a customer service rep who failed to provide a solution and led me through a rabbit hole of additional obstacles. Then a trip to the best buy store to be shooed away from their store associates. Absolute horrid customer service all around Best Buy. (This review would be 0 Stars if I could go that low)
