I used this location to paint all levels of my house over the past few years. It was my go-to.I enjoyed the way the old owners did business, and I really enjoyed the skilled and personable employees that used to be at this location.A recent change in ownership came with the expected (and typical) change in staff and lower level of service.They don't stand behind their products and treat long-standing customers as liars trying to scam them.The old ownership cared, and it reflected in their policies and level for support.Won't be returning ever again. I lose $50, you lose a customer.

Two reasons I gave 5 stars to this store: The first is they are extremely professional in any painting field, you can ask them any questions they can give the professional answer to you to help you make right decisions. The second, outstanding customer service they provided. I bought everything about paint from there, the employees worked fast and efficiently, they focus detail with patience and give the advices which are best for you. The specialist just made the wood stain test for me, I am so satisfied, it’s exceeded my expectations, the colors are really matched, after that she taught me how to do the stain step by step, and also write a note for me. I am so happy to say you guys did really good job, Thanks for all.

Everything was great but you have to be sure because they do not accept return other than that one of the staff was really good others ok, I bought a prime for ceiling and they did not tell me you cannot use water base for oil base ones. They also said they accept return over the phone and when I went there they did not!!! So be careful about that…

Genuinely the best painting products I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. Genuinely mean this. I’ve searched high and low, going to the depths of the earth to find even the most modest painting products but to no avail… until I came to this location. Once I left with the products I purchased in hand, all I said was ‘hallelujah!’. Unbelievable, mind-blowing, earth-shattering experience. 11/10.

I was directed to the Erin Mills Paint & Decor store by the Heartland store for a more expert stain match. I spoke with Danielle who is the art expert there for matching products. Danielle was and is "Amazing" with her knowledge, skill and patience. She is one remarkable employee, to say the least!! She truly deserves more than a pat on the back in recognition of her reliability, loyalty, customer focus and willingness to do what it takes in what ever time needed to please and satisfy the customer. I am very grateful to her!! I then returned a few days later to discuss, with Danielle, the stain chosen for more reassurance. Again, she took her time to review it once more and went out of her way to obtain information that might help in the process. She is an exceptional worker/employee who contributed to great customer satisfaction!! Thank you Danielle!!
