I bought a torch at the store less than 2 days I went back and asked for exchange... the guy at the store will call the owner if that's ok .... i waited couple mins ... of course the owner said NO .... not only the stuff in the store over price the torch costs me $20 and not working... bad attitude and bad service ... inwent to other convenience get the same torch it is $5.99 ... wow the place is rip off ... don't go there

My mother was a loyal customer to raza long distance service at glen Hawthorne avo convenience store . She had a raza account which she topped up $20 + $2 service fee, she only received 30 mins out of 110 mins which she didn't receive. I spoke to a raza customer service agent they said their not responsible for lost mins. I requested for a supervisor or manager the agent had to send a ticket for someone who will be in contact within 24hrs. I also spoke to the owner of avo convenience store, he refused to give a refund. Please by all means don't pay for raza top up for long distance service. Pure scam! This is a trap, people out to lose their money. Bad customer service from raza + owner of avo convenience store. Many people have been ripped off! Stick to calling cards play it safe. Best brand calling card to buy visa which is a purple card. $2.50 for a calling card, avoid at costs from purchasing long distance service at convenience stores. I highly don't recommend this business.
