This guy gave me a pirelli tire with a bump on it for $150 and told me there’s a warranty. When I called him he said warranty is only for 24 hrs. He refused to refund my $150 for the defected tire. Do not recommend.

Construction damaged one of my tires. Sadly, you are supposed to swap out all 4 instead of just one to keep them matched if possible. There was a 3 week wait for a Costco appointment for new tires. I found a FB ad for some used tires here. I messaged them on a SUNDAY MORNING. Prompt response before they even opened. Got confirmation on a set of used tires they had and a confirmed price. I showed up a couple hours later and was 3rd in queue. The service was efficient, they let me see and choose which tires i wanted (there were a few of the same model). I was able to watch everything that was done and confer and ask questions.
Overall, great service. Not a fancy chain store but better service than you would expect from the big names. They even helped put my spare tire back up in the well. Got my problem fixed in a few hours of first contact instead of waiting 3 weeks for a new expensive set at Costco. 5 stars
