This was a great place to service your vehicle. upon change of the owners, it does not seem the staff cares anymore. I've serviced my vehicle at this place for years, and never had this problem after the oil change - the staff has missed the oil spout, and spilled the oil on the engine - this never happened before, and upon arriving home, i see that there is a smoke coming from under the hood. before ownership change, you had to book an oil change - like at least a week in advance, nowadays, you can just walk-in. And, it is evident, there is a good reason for this.

Friendly, fast and professional service. I brought my car for it's manufacturer recommended servicing. It was all clearly listed on my invoice and less expensive than dealership. Will be returning for next servicing.

Harm and the guys at Autobest took care of me on short notice and in a timely manner. Needed an oil change and brakes/rotors all around. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but Harm took the time to give me a thorough inspection on how everything else was looking. Highly recommended... great customer service skills and an overall exceptional experience!

He is extremely kind and transparent in terms of parts used and prices. I’ve gotten my brakes replaced and tires swapped here and have zero complaints. My most recent visit was certainly my best experience as the team ensured that not only the problems with my car were well taken care of, but also within a timely manner to ensure I returned home to Ottawa safely. I didn't expect such a wide range of facilities and services in the shop. I dare say this is a very large auto repair shop in Mississauga. The price was fair and the problem with my car was solved in the fastest time. The front desk staff and manager are very attentive and I believe that putting the car here is the best choice!

For well over a year my BMW had been making the most irritating sound whenever I accelerate and turn but nobody could figure out the cause. It was psychological torture. My friend recommend I check out autobest as he described the owner as a genius. I booked an appointment and Harm was able to figure out the issue with a minute of driving my car. He fixed it within an hour and what I expected to cost $1000s ended up being a very affordable fix. Thank you Harm and Elton!!
