One of the worst stores you could goto. Their sales staff Arshdeep Singh frequently makes false promises about prices, delivery timelines and services offered. I ordered a bed set that did not get delivered on time, was promised a refund and wasn’t paid, customer service doesn’t respond to any complaints and the sales manager Fahad A doesn’t even have the courtesy to return my call even once.

The delivery for our new, heavy, recliner sofa was flawless! The deliver guys were friendly and courteous even though it was toward the end of their day. They even took our old couch upstairs for us.

Nice Ashley furniture store branch available at Heartland. Mr Rezwan Haider assisted us with correct sectional sofa we are looking for, made us comfortable providing with enough details. They have few finance deals like buy now and pay within 12 months with 0% interest fee. Store was maintained very neatly and decent one. They offer delivering the products with less than $100

It is very disappointing to see Halloween and Christmas decorations already when we haven't even had our Thanksgiving celebration yet. In fact, other cultures have their religious events starting now. Your store doesn't embrace multicultural events. Shame on you.
