We went looking for a sectional and found what we were looking for. There were not many places that had a chaise the size we wanted with comfortable seating until we came here.
There was no pressure to buy it, but we knew this was the one. The extra cost for 5 years of unlimited cleaning was a great bonus.
The delivery, set up and tracking of arrival was very seamless.
Overall, a great experience.

We came in just to browse things, however the sales person Arpit was really good and he showed us some products which will fit our expectation. We will be back to make a purchase, however this customer service should be recognized. Thank you Arpit.

If you value and like your money, please don’t go to this place. We took a warranty for five years that apparently covered any rips or accidents to the fabric. First of all, the material used is so bad rust all the foam has settled down in the sofa, you can’t sit on it and the arms feel like what a raw 2x4 would feel like. The warranty we bought covered everything but when we claimed it, it conveniently didn’t cover what was wrong with the sofa. If this would be the last place you go to purchase the furniture, please don’t buy their extended warranty which appraisal covers “everything!”
Furthermore the manager who called me to tell me my claim isn’t covered didn’t know how to talk to the customer and was extremely rude and argumentative. You don’t want to deal with such people! Steer clear!
Update 1: response to the comment from the furniture store:
1. It wasn’t communicated ever while selling the warranty that the damage by pets is not covered. It was told that everything is covered.
2. Sofas are supposed to last decades, not turn to trash within 5 years.
3. The horrible way you spoke to me yesterday, that’s not how you talk to the customers specially when you are selling your product to them!

Great stuff especially Bill helping us find the best dinning table and four chairs, he gave us very good price. We really need the table delivery the next day, Bill helped us arrange even thought the delivery usually take 2-3 days to arrange. Really appreciated his help and definitely a good store to get your furniture

I ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks, but it’s now been delayed for 2 months. While the customer service team has been friendly every time I’ve called, they are absolutely helpless. They’ve told me they don’t have direct contact with the manufacturer and can’t provide any real updates, only giving me new estimated dates that keep getting pushed back. It’s clear the issue isn’t with the staff but with the company’s flawed system and lack of transparency. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect timely delivery or clear communication.

Had a great experience at Arrow Furniture in Mississauga. Sonal was very quick to get back to me with pricing for a number of sofas I was looking at. She is very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the fabric choices for the sofa and pillows. Delivery and final payment was smooth; great that you can actually track the delivery driver. Also happy that they were courteous enough to take their shoes off at the front door. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

The staff at Arrow, Sonal and Hakim were very friendly and helpful. They spent lots of time with me to find the best things for my new place and were very knowledgeable.
Great experience overall and will definitely recommend others to come to this location.

I am very happy with multiple purchases I've made from multiple locations of Arrow. Super service. Very high quality. Very high! I've recommended numerous friends and neighbors to these stores and they too all had excellent results. They've won my business. My house looks gorgeous and I'm super grateful I found them. Everything has aged well and is long term holding up! I really can't think of one poor experience. I'll be back!

Comfortably posted five stars here. With all the possibilities what might go wrong with any custom purchase in Canada we were lucky on this one and all fell in place. Sonal was friendly from start to finish. She did not pressure us, answered all the questions we had and most importantly the order was submitted correct to the manufacturer which is the most important part where majority of the mistakes happen. I have to mention their delivery system. I have never seen a more efficient delivery system so far in Canada. We were informed that we will be notified a couple days before delivery, did happen. And also we were told that we will receive a text a day before @ 6:00 pm for the next day delivery. The text came in @ exactly 6:00 pm and from there on you start seeing where the delivery truck is starting from 10 deliveries ahead of you. This does not happen in Canada with too many companies. All in all as mentioned at the very beginning ( we started to call such companies our luck) all went well with no issues and we are happy. Thank you Sonal. When the times comes for the next project you will for sure see us again

We had a great customer service experience @ Arrow Furniture Mississauga. Staffs Sonal and Maria were very helpful and friendly during our purchase. Also manager Hakim provided an excellent customer care helping us to solve an issue. I highly recommend this store.

I am very happy with the bedroom set I purchased from Arrow Furniture! The quality is outstanding. The customer service was excellent, from the knowledgeable staff to the hassle-free delivery and clean assembly. Bill, the sales associate who helped us, was incredibly friendly and attentive, guiding us through the entire process with his expertise. I highly recommend Arrow Furniture and thanks again Bill!
