I bought a laundry storage rack from this shop through marketplace FB. It was mentioned in the ad as pack will be a sealed one. The product costs $40 and deliry $5. The person who delivered, arrived to my house at 10pm that was where I couldn't withstand the cold outside, hence received and after I got in, I checked the package. It was not sealed. And also none of the parts were provided with a cover. When I asked the person about refund and return, he simply replied as "we are not frauds and we are wholesalers, you won't get issues, assemble it with. a positive heart"! What is meant by positivity? So does it means there is no return or refund policy? I should take that's ith positive heart? So, what to do when a shop doesn't even have a basic return policy. I really don't like the product as it is cheaply made. It can bend easily and break easily. I don't recommend this place and people please buy things from Amazon or Walmart wherever your you have a basic return policy! My $45 has gone easily!

I am really shocked he was angry from the first minute I came into the officeHe treated me with no respectI couldn’t find a way to claim his behaviourI just wanted to renew for another six monthsI am asking to review the cameras to find out what happened. Very clean, helpful staff even replaced my lock when it stopped working properly. Was treated properly and that's a nice feeling. Prices are competitive but like all storage companies around they are overpriced in my opinion.

I recently rented a storage unit with my husband, the experience was smooth considering is our first time renting a unit, Vaugh spoke with us on the phone a couple of weeks ago and was friendly, and Carlos processes our applications and showed us the unit a couple of days ago he was knowledgeable and friendly, we recommend the place and the overall experience and staff

In the spring of 2017, I was going to be moving back from the U.S. to Mississauga and needed a storage unit. I found Apple Self Storage on line. When I called, Von answered the phone and was wonderful in helping me to figure out the logistics of how I could manage the move to both my new residence and Apple. Now, after five years, I no longer need a storage unit. I'll always be grateful to Von and Apple Self Storage for making my transition back to Canada a smooth one. While the facility has always been extremely clean and well-organized, perhaps most importantly, I've always felt that my possessions were in safe hands. Thank you, Von and Apple Self Storage.

The staff member I dealt with was arrogant and unhelpful. There was an undisclosed one-time administration fee when signing up online and they failed to mention the unit I rented was on the second floor with no elevator access until I was standing in the office (it should have been disclosed when signing the lease). Overall, a number of red flags within days of renting a storage locker here. I cancelled my lease and will be using another service provider in the area. The place is clean as mentioned in a number of reviews here but it takes more than clean floors to be a good service provider.
