Watch out for this place! They're not playing fair when it comes to trading in your phone. They'll try to trick you by saying your phone's model number doesn't match or come up with other sneaky excuses to pay you less. Don't fall for it! Always double-check everything and don't hesitate to stand up for yourself.

Your website for handling Samsung trade-ins is non-operational. I can't download my shipping labels -- all I get is a blank white screen. Not only that, but it's impossible to find a way to contact you.

As Mr “Dorkbutt” KnightWolf said in the reviews that they only paying him $56 instead of $140 for trade in and the same thing is happening to me, there's nothing wrong with the phone and they are telling me that there's a housing problem or screen problem so I contacted Samsung Canada and they are looking into this matter now. The phone is in perfect condition and I have proof.

(Phone customer service)Like every year I trade-in my phone for a new one but this year they decide my phone has some defect. I took pictures of it and they sent me pictures of it and it's in pristine condition and work, no burned pixel, no scratch. They charge me 74$ off the trade-in for a worth of 56$ Instead of 140$.I have been calling the customer services every week stating that they are evaluating this and that. They do not understand when you try to ask them something or they respond with another answer to another question. When you ask them their employee number they refuse to give it or if you ask to speak with a supervisor they lie, they cut you when you speak and become rude and come back with trying to fix the problem or pretend they are the supervisor. Why are they so afraid to even give you their employee number? Are you going to whip them or put them in the street Samsung?Why after 2 weeks no one answer back yet and keep pressuring me to accept the 56$ every 2 days by email? Well I accepted because your employee at the customer service told me I will get the 140$ and you know what? It seem I wont so this is the last time I'm buying from you Samsung Canada. I'm done. Here are the pictures of the apparently defect, scratch or function not working phone I sent them. I even sent it with the box and accessories in mint condition.

My Samsung S22 Ultra, Green phone was to this address. I received my new phone. But the assessment still has not been done. Even though they received it on August 14th, 2023. Still nothing. I'm very upset. No phone number to call.

I bought a NEW blackberry keyone (not though this company) the charge port was defective so they sent me a new phone but for some reason the new phone google locked me out. After contacting blackberry since my phone was still IN WARRANTY they had me send it here to get reflashed IN WARRANTY....i got the confirmation that my phone was delivered to them over a month ago.....OVER A MONTH LATER i am finally hearing back from them that they cant reflash my phone bc they wont accept the phones warranty and i will have to pay. WHY DID IT TAKE YOU OVER A MONTH TO GET TO THAT CONCLUSION. if it took you over a month to do your math wrong ( blackberry issues everyone a one year warranty from date of purchase. ) god help all the other repairs in their cue bc clearly these guys aren't the sharpest repair techs . yikes. -__-

we sent them Samsung Galax 6s which only used for 6 month for warantee repairing. then we are told it will need 766.45 $ for the repairing, which is even higher than buying a new one. so we have to paid them 25 for returning. we tried to repair at local store and it is solved with 60$. really don't understand why there is such big difference?

I dropped my phone off last Tuesday, was there an hour. The Technician Adam wasn't able to replicate what was wrong with my phone. He told me he believed me. And asked if they could keep my phone, as they needed to call Samsung to see what could be done. They said they would ship it to me.
The service up until this point was impeccable.
I called all day Friday, to inquire about what they fixed, and what Samsung had to say. I emailed, and left a voice mail. No answer, and no reply was sent.
Today is Monday, I have again, been trying to call atne, with no answer. I have even left another message.
I had to call Samsung directly, and have them contact atne, as my phone is still not fixed.
(not atne's fault. That's all on Samsung)
Due to their lack of fillow up in customer service. I could not even give 3 stars.
Which is sad. Because it stared out so well.
