  sent my phone there via Samsung, they received it on December 12th, they shipped it back on December 13th, i got it on December 14th. not only they changed the defective display, they also changed the metal frame which was a bit damaged. I had a good experience, i would recommend

  Sent a tablet out for repairs didn't expect to see it back for quite some time. Got it back with a free screen protector before I blinked. The staff was glad to help when I called Too!
