The new manager Aygil is the most beautiful and kind hearted individual I have met in a very long time. Aldo has definitely upgraded and improved their customer service by miles. Amazing experience

Visited the mall a few days ago - specifically to visit ALDO for Christmas gifts as I had heard from many people how great this little boutique has become. The store manager (can’t recall her name) was exceptional. Her attention to detail in the store and her ability to juggle multiple customers all while giving each her full attention was impressive. Found multiple lines of shoes and boots that I fell in love with. Well done Aldo. Nice to see this new look and staff. Much better than it was.

My husband, our four children, and I (with a newborn) recently visited Aldo, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service we received. Aygul was the only staff member working at the time, expertly juggling multiple customers while still providing us with ample time and space to browse. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she helped us find exactly what we needed quickly, all while assisting other shoppers. Aygul was not only efficient but also warm and personable, sharing a bit about herself and making the shopping experience more enjoyable. We left the store with exactly what we were looking for, and I highly recommend this location. Excellent service and a happy experience overall

Last Sunday, in the afternoon, I was shopping at the Aldo store at the Erin Mills town centre in Mississauga. A sales associate, her name is Ackaya, approach me in a very nice and professional way. Asked me about what i was looking for and she got me the right size of shoes. I asked her about what kind of discount if I buy two? Her answer was 20% off the second pair. I told her if she can give this discount, as I just bought a pair of shoes a few days ago from the same store and I also have the receipt ? She told me she wiĺl ask the management. I saw her talking to the lady in charge. This lady didn't even look at me. She came back and she said that she can't do it. I am sure they lady in charge could of done it. Maybe lack of experience in retail stores. Anyway, I liked Ackaya very much, her professional way and her good customer services are very noticeable. The other lady could of just approach me with a smile and try to get the sale as I was a serious buyer. Lack of experience for sure. It ends up for me buying a pair of shoes from another store with a good discount.

I am a regular customer of aldo n usually the experience is pleasent but today the lady on reception at 11 30 noon was really arrogant and ignorant since I asked for the bag to carry my online order in since it's was too big she gave me the reason they don't provide anymore blah blah...n said she will pay from her pocket as if she is doing me some favour...that's really bad customer experience...instead of taking g my feedback seriously she showed arrogance

If I could give this store something below 1 star I would. The treatment I received when entering was atrocious. I tried to return a laptop bag that I had "used" for less then ten minutes and was denied the service. I had put my laptop inside the bag at home and it fell out, as the lock memchanism did not suit my need so I wanted to return it. Despite bringing the receipt and tag, I was told that I could not return it because the tag was not attached and because it had been used for 10 mins. I pointed out that reattaching it would be very easy and simple as the tag was in perfect condition and just needed to be tied. I was treated extremely rudely and like a second hand citizen and completely ruined my day. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. The woman who I enteracted with kept making excuses as to why I would not be able to return it and focused on the fact that the bag was used. The bag was in perfect condition and I had simply tried it out with my computer. I then mentioned that the website guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction so how can I be satisfied if I can't return. The lady then looked at me disgustedly and angrily said "Okay I'll satisfy you" and aggressively returned it. She had so much attitude, was definitely racist, and was beyond disrespectful. I mentioned that I would not come shop here again and she said okay great. The lady was a short caucasian with long straight black hair. This encounter happened a few weeks ago.

The staff here was great, everyone helped me in finding the shoes that I needed!!! They were very knowledgeable on the materials the shoes were made from. I had an overall great experience!!

On September 14, 2024 around 4 pm we faced a pathetic, discriminating and terrible customer service at Aldo Erin Mills store. At the store I could only see one employee at the cash counter and I waved my hand to catch their attention and when she finally looked at me I asked for a help with the sandal size. She then completely ignored us and we waited for some other employee to show up. This person at the cash counter seem to be the store manager because she spoke in a very harsh tone with another female employee.
I again approach the store manager and asked her about the available size and at moment she was so unbelievable rude and disrespectable. This person totally lacked customer services, ethics and manner.
Let alone greeting or niceties, she spoke with an air of imperious high-handedness. I believe that the store manger does not like certain skin color and ethnicity customers to come to this Aldo store at Erin Mills.
This attitude left a very sour taste in our mouths and I immediate left the store. Store Manager has to work hard on her bias attitude, manner and customer service. Customer please stay away from this store.

I faced absolutely terrible customer service at ALDO. While the store attendant speaking to us was nice and courteous, the person at the cash counter was unbelievably rude. Let alone greeting or niceties, they spoke with an air of imperious high-handedness that made my family and me feel like second-class customers that they could do away with. I don’t have any idea what might we have done to warrant that behaviour at the cash counter. Once again, the person attending to us was wonderful in their approach. But the person handling the billing and the cash left a very sour taste in our mouths and somewhat cast a pall on an otherwise great evening.

After spending 100$ the sales person named Christina was like no bag to go you have to pay for it… even she has not given a pouch for the earrings i am so disappointed… i told her that i am buying gift for someone yet also no response customer service is not good

A sales person named Brianna at this location was very niceeee, helpful, and pleasant all around! She helped me relocate an important item at another Aldo location for me that I needed at a short amount of time because my birthday is around the corner. She even went above and beyond and found another location with the items I was looking for she gave me the phone number, and she also took it upon herself to speak to the employees at the other Aldo location and made an order hold for me!!! She literally was an angel because I was going to break down in that store because I came a long way to even make it there, it all turned out great! Thanks again Brianna she has great hospitality and even wished me an early Happy Birthday :) She was very kind and saw how overwhelmed I was and helped me! Literally an angel I can’t express that enough :)
