I don’t often take time to leave google reviews for stores at the mall, but I had to take a moment to shout out one fantastic employee, Natalie. She was extremely kind and welcoming and really made my shopping experience so positive! It is rare these days to have such exceptional customer service.

Wow, what an excellent customer service experience I had from the beginning to the end. Very warm, welcome and no pressure just a genuine getting to know the customer and preferences I was looking for a body lotion and I feel I left with a really good product and I’m really happy with my purchase. Will definitely be returning.

I had the most delightful experience yesterday. Natalie (Nay) greeted me upon entrance into the shop and very was knowledgeable on all products and very passionate, no pushy sales but just very friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and all questions were answered. To top it off, another sales associate offered me a delicious peppermint blend tea! A very pleasant client experience. What an A+ Team! This team should be recognized and Natalie needs to be promoted for her exceptional client excellence!!

The asian girl who helped us was very nice and accommodating. Perfect customer service skills, communication and gave us insights about what and what not to get.

My fiance and I were looking for frangrances to use for our upcoming wedding. Every perfume store we went into, nobody would acknowledge us / help us and most were just on their phone. However, when we went to visit Aesop, two wonderful ladies — Natalie and her colleage (filipino lady) — were very knowledgeable and approachable to us. I ended up getting Erémia and my fiance got Viēre. Natalie was also very kind to offer us some skin care samples and we are very excited to use them in the upcoming weeks of our wedding. Thank you ladies for this wonderful experience! We will definitely come back and recommend giving Aesop a try!

3 stars because the associate that helped me last month was wonderful, deserved more than 5 stars.
Negative stars for the older associate that processed a return for me today. This associate did not greet me, *demanded* what product I was returning, then went on to tell me I didn’t *have to* return the product. Usually I entertain conversations when I’m shopping, but I did not need someone lecture me on how “I didn’t need to return the product”. I know how to live my life thanks, this is not the shopping experience I come to Aesop for. Will be shopping less at this location.

Such amazing customer service. I dropped a bottle I bought and they replaced it no questions. The manager and employees I met on 21 Dec were the best!

I was shopping a hand soap for myself today, the old female sales associate was terrible. She was business smiling at the beginning when I was shopping and changed her face suddenly when I said i didn’t want to sign up for a member. I love this brand for years, but your SA damaged my shopping experience

Horrible experience here. I went in with friends looking to buy my mom a gift and decided to bring her back so she can pick one of the options. I told the sales associate that and she rolled her eyes at me. To that Older sales associate that worked today, yes i can afford it unlike you, so now thanks to that attitude I was met with, I will be taking my business to the location at Eaton. The sales associate there will thank you for their commission.

Store is very nice but I don't think their staff get training to give Aesop experian, they did not offer tea, and hand wash like the US location, staff didn't introduce me to the list of scenes and stories behind it and only offer tea and hand wash when I ask for it. I brought my friend here to show them how amazing Aesop is but we walked out with a bottle of soap and were kinda disappointed. Will not recommend this location

Beautifully serene store in the middle of a chaotic mall! Service by Alex was great. She was very passionate about what she does and that reflected in her demeanour. The product line at Aesop is great and so is the service and therefore the experience as well. Highly recommended

Natalie and Brent are great and I appreciated the hospitality I recieved when shopping at the store. You could see real excitement and love for their products which is great. Items in store are amazing, but just be prepared for your wallet to be a bit lighter after shopping here.The layout and design of all aesop stores are great and this one is no exception. I'd highly recommend at least giving them a try!

Really nice store, new to the brand but I’ve picked up some fragrances and skin care stuff so far.Employees are attentive, the store is a bit intimidating to walk into if you don’t want to be helped but I asked one of the workers to show me around the fragrance line and I found Marrakech and Tacit to be enjoyable
