Never seen such bad warehouse in my life. All staff from single country and very discriminatory. Aggressive terminal manager who wouldn't talk and serve customers politely. No access to complain or to talk with CEO. We load our van by ourselves. All MESS. I believe CEO can read this and take appropriate action.

Out of all the warehouses we pick up from this is by far the worst if your picking up from here get ready to spend half your day here

I pick up here at least three times a week. Sometimes I wait three hours but more often tho it’s about an hour and a half total time. My record has been 20 minutes- a few times. With the amount of product they receive and send out I find it a reasonable amount of time. Once I get my truck to the dock tho it usually goes pretty fast within 15 min to a half hour depending on howMuch I am picking up. it’s getting to the dock that’s the waiting time. They have even served me during lunch The forklift drivers always great me with a smile and load my truck the way I like it loaded. The person at front cage always remembers who I am and am very impressed he can remember my name and truck number It can be a slow process but you have to remember everyone wants their product now and can be overwhelming just waiting for the line of transport and straight trucks to load and unload ahead of you. Overall a very good experience over the last five years I have been coming here. And big kudos to the manager(Shandra) ?? walking the floor making sure we as drivers are being taking care of. It’s not perfect but it could be a heck of a lot worse. Keep up the good work!!!David Gow

Can you leave negative stars? in over 10 years of business I’ve never dealt with a worse company. Every time you speak with someone it’s a different story and different Fee that “hasn’t” been paid. Sent our drivers with proof of all payments and confirmation that cargo was released. To be told that cargo firstly wasn’t here. Then after a few frustrating phone calls that I was there but then not released. To make matters worse there dock workers then proceeded to verbally harass my employees.And we wonder why our supply chain is such a disaster in Canada??? If our own logistics sector can’t communicate from one side of the building to another, you know you have a big problem.6 hours later we finally got our cargo. We most certainly will do everything in our power to never have to deal with such incompetence and rudeness again.If your reading this it’s probably because you have suffered just like us.
