I went there for tire change the staff was very good and polite and they attendedme with utmost respect, the manager Henry James was very clear with all the things to me and the technician Mohanad was very skilled and did his job with perfection and in time.All in all I am very much satisfied with their service and behavior towards the customers. Highly recommended to everyone to go and visit this place.

I bought 4winter tires from that branch (seller Mr.Henry)and payed the full amount they told me 2 days and they will call me to install but after 4 dates with no calls I had to cancel the order and they told me they will return my money in couple of daysBut After 10 days now they still refuse to give me my money back before I pay for the courier 120$ for the tires which never came

I have a comment about the service I got from Active Green and Ross - 844The technicians there don't know what they're doing. They potentially damaged two lug nut receptacles in two of my tires'Now these lug nuts won't torque down properly. I'm worried that the one of these tires may come offI really regret dealing with this particular service station and I'll recommend to any one i know NOT to use their services.

I was just there yesterday for breaks job, the staff was very nice and they thoroughly explained about the prices and estimated time for completion of the work. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great place to get his car's repairs done on time and at great prices.

I strongly advise against dealing with Mohannad at this establishment. He has a tendency to modify the initially quoted prices. For instance, upon arrival, we were given a storage fee of $100 for the season and $20 per tire for winter tire changes. However, when it came time to pay, he inexplicably increased the charges. Whether the tires were on rims or not, there should be no reason for a price hike when storing them. Comparatively, a nearby tire shop, Superior Tires, charges $85 for storage and a total of $50 for tire swaps for all four tires, making it a more cost-effective option than the $80 we were charged here.Mohannad was blatantly dishonest with us, even after we expressed our intention to take our business elsewhere and recommend Superior Tires to our family and friends. He still called us to inquire about retrieving our tires, which left us baffled.In my experience, Active Green & Ross has consistently left a negative impression. They appear to engage in deceptive practices and take advantage of unsuspecting customers, particularly women. I would strongly caution anyone against visiting this establishment without the guidance of someone experienced who can discern when they are being misled. It’s unwise to trust their word. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances and feel it’s important for people to be aware of the truth about this establishment. Although there were a couple of honest staff members who acknowledged that there should be no price discrepancy for storing tires with or without rims, Mohannad, who seems to act as if he’s the owner, displayed complete disrespect and rudeness. When I expressed feeling foolish, he even misinterpreted it as swearing at him, which was not the case at all. He tends to play the victim when he should be conducting business in a more professional manner.Furthermore, his claim that the system doesn’t allow for price adjustments on tires stored with rims at $160 is questionable, especially in light of economic factors like inflation and CPI. As an accountant familiar with various accounting software, I know that prices can be edited at any time.PS: This ad put outside for FREE Alignment is not true. It is $145. So be careful.

In contrast, Superior Tires only charged $85 for storage and a mere $50 for the complete tire switch, making it a far more economical choice than the $80 for all four tires here.To make matters worse, Mohannad blatantly lied to us, even after we expressed our intention to retrieve our tires and take our business to Superior Tires. As an accountant, I know that prices can be adjusted easily, and businesses routinely update their rates to account for factors like inflation and changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). I’m well-versed in various accounting software, such as Quickbooks, Sage, and Great Plans, where prices can be modified at any time.In summary, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. While there may be a few honest employees, the overall experience has been marred by deceit and unprofessional behavior, especially by Mohannad. It’s essential to have someone experienced with you to discern when they’re attempting to deceive you. Trusting their word is a risky endeavor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. People deserve to know the truth about this establishment.

Took my aging 2000 Toyota Camry to this location and had many things repaired : the exhaust system, suspension, AC , new tires, brakes, and alignment.All of this work was managed by Hashim who is very pleasant and helpful.I am very impressed with the service and my car is running well.I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend this location to my family and friends for any auto repairs.Update: With the new management and mechanics I can no longer recommend this location.My last visit on September 14th 2023 was a disaster and a major waste of my time.
