Worst service I have experienced. PC was damaged in shipping to the deport UNDER WARRANTY and they will not cover it or fix it. No service whatsoever. GARABAGE COMPANY

It's not worthy to purchase acer product. Within a span of one year it's got mulfunctioned

My laptop under warranty had a faulty charging port. It was repaired within 24 hours. Aside from paying for outbound transportation, this is a great service.
