No one wants to hear that a shop can't/won't do a very specific repair to an older model car (30 years of age) but in this case I appreciated the owners candor and recommendations. Pick and choose your battles but I wouldn't hesitate bringing in a more recent vehicle for repairs in the future.

Took my 2019 Subaru Sti to Chalmers Auto Body for some insurance work. Had someone back into me. I have to say I am extremely passionate about my car and don't normally trust people with it overnight. Chalmers Auto Body went above and beyond. Kept the car dry because the trunk wouldn't close properly. Went in dirty. Picked it up waxed and spotless. All work was done in house so no ones out driving your baby. Professional and speedy service. Also down to earth and easy to talk to. Car looks brand new once again. I won't be going to another body shop ever. 1 hour and 30 min drive from where I live and I would do it again in a second. Highly recommend to anyone!!Service: Body & Trim
