The AirMile system did not work at the station. Trying to get some help from the cashier, but the guy at the store was very rude and impatient.
There was a Canadian tire gas station 2km from this store and the gas was 3 cents cheaper than this location. I traveled 2 extra kilometres, only to get such bad service and still failed to collect the points at the end. This experience was extremely disappointing and I will not visit the store again.

They are good people.
There was an issue with their machine as it requested my CAA for the 3¢ off, confirmed, but after said to pay inside, which I did.
They did not give me the discount when I paid inside, which I noticed and addressed. They informed me that this is an issue with the machine that couldn't be fixed because the transaction was already complete.
Ultimately they were nice enough to just pay me out the difference that I should have been discounted.
This was considerate of them and appreciated.
I do hope that they address the issue however or even maybe ask people whether they use CAA.
It's not much money the 3¢ off per litre, but if people are choosing Shell in particular because of the advertised discount, they are choosing to give money to Shell's massive corporation, they should not have lose out on the discount due to some technical issue.

CAA card provide normal discount but till would not accept air miles. Calling shell was tedious at best. The agent tried to help but his microphone was trash.

Rudest attendant I have ever had the pleasure to interact with, and without reason, she was horrid as soon as I walked in the door. Maybe my "hello, how's your day going?" Rubbed her the wrong way lol. Gas stations just north of here are generally cheaper and the stores are cleaner.

Old owners back would be great. Cause these ones are terrible. Have to wait for him to get off his cell phone to cash out and nothing ever said. Just terrible.

They called the police on my friend to accuse them of stealing gas last year. The OPP reviewed the camera’s it was someone else and a case of mistaken identity. The people who operate this gas station are incompetent and rip off the locals. I would much rather drive all the way to the coboconk shell to get a better price and better service. Hate this shell
