Always great to visit Canadian Tire two months before the change of the seasons. It's August.. and Halloween is in full swing. Summer stuff is on heavy discount, yet as far as the calendar is concerned there is 2 months left of summer. Can't wait to see Christmas decorations on November 1st... honestly it's a disgusting practice, but obviously it speaks to the stupidity of the consumer who puts up with it... on the plus side I needed new summer barbecue tools and lookie-looky what happens to be in the clearance section!!

Im just respectfully saying that 5 different occasions/days iv gone into the store in minden to purchase a new hunting rifle there has been knowone in the store qualified to sell firearms and as far as im concerned they are missing out on hudge sales everyday we live in a hunting /firearm community very dissapointed in the service of the store.. any store that sells firearms should have a qualified individual at all times to assist in the sale..Canadian tire is loosing money and business by the minut a manager should be aware of this very frustrating situation and action should be takin to ensure that all costomers are getting the service they deserve no special treatment just be there to sell the products that are being sold out of store its ubserd... Hope they get it together

Tried to pay with $50 bill and they said they couldn’t brake it. They didn’t have enough cash, what is this world coming to. How do you not have money in your till. So far twice in one day I can’t spend my money because they don’t have a float in their till.

Beware! Hours may differ, you will need to call multiple times until someone answers the phone to see if their Autoshop is open on that specific Monday. I ended up getting a flat tire and had a screw in it that needed to be removed. I dropped off my car after hours, put my key in the envelope and also left a message with the service desk. The next morning I called several times and when I finally got through, customer service informed me that there auto shop is open every other Monday. There was no sign posted on the dooor for me to know that it was closed and on their website it says it's open. It took 4 hours after opening to find out that they aren't even open to look at my tire. This was extremely frustrating as I could have sat around all day waiting to get a call and no one would have called me. No one even returned my voicemail that I left. I ended up picking up my car and taking it else where since it was an emergency and I had to be somewhere that night. I was extremely disappointed. If a portion of the store is closed, people should be notified, a sign should be posted, and the voicemial should be checked by another department in case someone has an emergency. This was such a waste of my time. Luckily the other shop I chose was able to fix my tire in under and hour.

Bought a brand new lawn mower from these guys last year used 3 to 4 times now it doesn't stay running 350$ later can't get a hold of the warranty company for the life of you don't ever buy a lawn mower from Canadian Tire you'll just get screwed over

This past Sunday afternoon I needed to pick up something from this location. But was pretty upset when at 4:48 pm I wasn't allowed to enter the store as the entrance door was locked. The store hours clearly state that Sundays it closes at 5. This is very poor conduct Minden Canadian Tire.
