Be AWARE of the SCAM happening in Milton Walmart with the Gift Cards.
I bought 2 gift cards each 100$, I took them from the shelves where they usually keep them and went on a self checkout and loaded them with money. After few days I found out that money disappeared from the cards, both gift cards were empty. I went back to the store with the cards and my receipt, they made me a printout and showed that money were spent in a different Walmart location.
So i filed a claim, they made pictures of the gift cards and receipt, but my claim was Declined afterwards!!
They said that stickers on the number on the back side of the card were peeled before.
But stickers are there!!! And that is how I bought them!!!!
So I guess scammers are peeling of the stickers, get the number underneath and put a fake stickers or stick it back nicely and then wait when the money are loaded on the card and use it!
So upsetting, my 200$ were stolen, and Walmart cannot do anything about this fraud!!
Don’t buy gift cars there!

Waited in line for over 15 minutes behind only 3 people. After hand scanning everything the lady told me to lift everything over to the bagging side so she didn't have to. The card reader was wrenched up so i couldn't really see what it said without effort. After I tapped I looked to see if it went through and saw it asked for a review out of 5 stars. Before I could do anything she reached in front of me and gave herself 5 stars.

This is my first time writing a review for a store. Tonight at 9:17 PM, while checking out at Walmart, the cashier placed my items on the same conveyor belt as the previous customer’s. After I paid, the cashier also put the next customer’s items on the same belt I was using. He was scanning items very quickly, and the next customer’s items were only separated from mine by a small divider. This caused confusion, and in the rush to pack my things, I missed one item—the most important ingredient I need for the burgers I’m making tomorrow. Although it wasn’t expensive, it’s essential for my meal. I’m disappointed with this chaotic checkout process and hope it can be improved in the future.

WORST PHOTO DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!
I went in to make a canvas print on a Saturday. The wonderful, helpful girl working in the photo area told me that the picture would be ready the next day (Sunday.) She helped me get everything set up, choose my photo and get the print ready.....but then she wad done her shift and EVERYTHING went downhill from there. I had a couple of questions and the girl who was in the department kept saying "I don't know" to every question that I asked her. I asked her if she could get someone to help me and she said "They're busy." Then she tried to take my receipt and tries to make me pay, I said "No, I bring this receipt back to claim my photo and pay then." She ARGUED with me, until I showed her the receipt that specifically says that you have to hang onto it to claim your pictures. Then she said "I don't know, I don't even work in this department. The girl who is coming in is late and I'm just covering for her until she gets here, them offered no more help or words and simply walked away. I called Sunday morning to see what time the picture would be ready for pick up, I pushed 4 for the photo department and the phone rang for 15 minutes....but no one answered. I hung up and called customer service, they had to page someone to answer the phone and when I asked the girl about my canvas print, she said "It will be next week, because we are out of poster paper." Again I said "Canvas print" and ahe asked what size and I said 11x14. She said "Our posters don't come in that size; so AGAIN I said "It's not a poster, it's a canvas print." She goes "Oh, it's canvas....I don't know anything about that. I don't even work in this department, I just answered the phone to help out. Then she got SOMEONE else on the phone who ALSO doesn't work in that department, but she USED TO work there up until 3 weeks ago....but no one taught her to so canvas prints yet, so I was told to call back later in the afternoon, because the guy who does canvas only comes in at 3:00. NOBODY knows what the hell is going on there. I WILL NOT be back to their photo department.

Absolute garbage service. I have been calling from 11:00 am to now (2:20 pm) consistently only to have the garbage employee(s) let the phone ring endlessly and then pick up the phone and hang up SEVERAL times. What's the point of having a phone? Just get rid of the phone! They have no value for customers, extremely rude employees.

Poorly managed store with nothing in stock and rude customer service support. With how much they are charging these days, id rather shop else since there is no money to be saved here. Their debit machine/ credit machines also don't work half the time which will have you returning everything in your cart and wasting more time. Avoid this primitive store at all costs

Walmart can't be beat for prices so I keep dragging my self to this store despite it sucking. It always feels like it's over packed with displays in the aisles but somehow also seems to always have sections of the actual aisles empty. I doubt the dairy section has ever been clean.
There always seems to be about 30 staff, on their phones, in the self check out but somehow they are never available to assist when you need help.
Today I wanted to purchase a couple beers (the refrigerated beer shelves almost always are close to being completely empty. I never buy beer at Walmart because of this) along with groceries.
Because I know how pathetic the self check put service is I go to a regular check out and made sure it was one that said "beer".
The lady in front of me had beer too. She checks out. No problem.
My turn and the young lady working the check out tells me she's too young..... not sure how she JUST sold some beer to the person before me then..... and asks me to go to customer service.
Customer service, who has about 10 staff behind the counter with backs turned to the customers, tells me they don't sell alcohol there. So I point to the cashier who sent me over, point out that's a beer lane and ask "tell me how I can buy this beer then?".
They told me to try self check out. I suggested, in no uncertain terms, that they figure out who's actually selling beer and walked away.
Prices be damned. I'm done with this store. Of course, they won't care because they'll continue to rack up sales but I'm done.
