Dropped into ULINE for a professional reason and upon arrival was immediately impressed by the immaculate grounds surrounding the multi-facility complex. The building has beautiful large windows and they were spotless.
Luckily, I crossed paths in the parking lot with 'Rick' and had the opportunity to verbally express my thoughts on everyone's efforts in keeping ULINE stunning.

QUIT KILLING TREES. STOP SENDING CATALOGUES. EVERYONE USES THE INTERNET. THERE IS NO NEED FOR THIS NON-SENSE.
Like seriously, we order 1 pen from you or something so tiny and you have the audacity to send us 2 catalogues. 1 with our order and 1 in our mailbox. Trying to get us on all avenues??
Now multiply that by the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of customers you have.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
Every single order this happens.
Completely Unacceptable.

would not recommend Uline - I spent a lot of money and they will not honor their freebee program - Customer service are not willing to understand or work with you :)

Must need to wake up. Bunch of store suppliers in Toronto better then this. Pickup fee of $25!!!! LoL!!!! Cant imagine how they are trying to pull money from you.

Items here are a lot more expensive than their competitors, and customer service representatives here are rude and and literally ask you just to book online.

Always quick to work with customers. Your pickup is always ready on time. Delivery is also on time. The products are always of good quality. Ps the customer service on the phone is so helpful and very kind - always a pleasure to speak with.

I am sick and tired of the magazines registered to someone who does NOT live here! Not only that, I have called multiple times to stop sending them to my house. I will NEVER order anything from you. The fact you continue to waste paper sending magazines to people who just put your magazines in the recycling bin as soon as it arrives. I am do not own a business, and I don't run a business. You people need to stop with this trash!.

Unfortunately, ordering from Uline was a huge disappointment for me and a detriment to my small local business. I opened my own small business producing natural candles. I purchased metal candle tins in Uline in two sizes: 4 oz and 8 oz. There are no issues with 4 oz tins. But the 8 oz cans tins turned out to be of terrible quality. Literally every second or third tin has severe scratches on the lid and huge dents on the tin itself. Of course, I cannot offer such tins to clients. I bought two boxes of 36 each and almost a half of that was damaged. I can't use them, which is a big financial loss for me as a new business. Unfortunately, I opened the boxes with tins after one month has passed, and they refused to return or compensate me. I would also like to note that I have already invested in the production of stickers for these exact tins, as well as in a photo shoot of the product and promotion of the product online and on Amazon, so it will be a problem and one more loss for me if I change the tin for a different one from another supplier. But I don’t know how to order these bad quality tins in the future in order to continue selling a product in which a lot of money has already been invested.
