I had a package to ship out urgently and I met Dhruvang at the front desk who help me with processing my package for shipment in a very professional manner. Service at the centre was good. The centre also goes one step further to provide updates on the status of your shipment. With the sudden pressures on courier during the festivities and the ongoing postal service strike, UPS store on Main Street is a recommended centre for all your mailing needs!

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my shipping process so much easier, offering clear advice on packaging options and the best shipping methods for my items. The store was clean, organized, and had everything I needed for my mailing and printing needs. I was in and out quickly, and they even helped me track a package that was a bit delayed. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing fast, reliable service!

Store 109 packaged an antique stained glass panel to be shipped to the prairies. The package arrived safely and was the best packaging I have ever seen, and I get a lot of art shipped to me.

My experience at this location was really amazing the manager hitem was extremely polite and helpful, got that and they weighed my package 📦 den I realized the cost was too high and wanted to step out with it, the manager was too polite and gave me other options from their shipping package that was within my budget.

Not once have they delivered on time. Always delayed. Frequently delivered to home, but do not ring bell and take it back to the office. Most unreliable do not use
