There's something very strange about this store and how they talk to customers. I've had two experiences trying to return items here and in both cases they made me feel like I was trying to do something illegal. Today I returned winter boots that I bought yesterday for my kids. When returning the shoes the rep began inspecting the shoes (standard) and proceeded to ask me if the shoes were worn outside. They were not, but even after I told her that my kids tried them on in the store she still seemed skeptical. If someone returns winter boots in the beginning of November the day after they were bought why are you interrogating them about the shoes being worn outside after I said the reason for the return was that Winners had them for half the cost? My previous return was during covid when the rep insisted that she had never seen the shoes there before even when I proved that they were bought online. Then she insisted on putting the return on a gift card because even though my wife bought it on a Visa my Visa card did not match up exactly even though the address was the same as the online order. Again, not everyone returning items needs to be treated like criminal. And the person going around asking if you need help in that really suspicious tone, that isn't how you do that. Their approach to customers is all wrong. They have a decent supply of shoes but I cannot go back there to be treated like I'm a crook or begging for something. Too many options in Milton at better prices.

Great collection of shoes from quality brands. They definitely need to market themselves more. Quite underrated.

Came here in May 2024 to purchase some new shoes Wow! This place has so many options you can choose from. The store looks clean as always very organized at least they had a big selection of shoes and the service was very friendly and helpful well be coming back here.

Its a hit and miss with the deals at the shoe company. Has lots of variety of brands for men, women and kids. Has a good selection for special occasions.
The clearance section is good, but again hit and miss.

Great selection of all types of footwear for the entire family. Bright clean store. Friendly service. Including in-house brands and some discounted items. Worth the visit. Lots of parking.

From the entrance to us leaving not good..
The hamburgers were dry dry and slightly burnt.
The entrance is difficult and not disabled friendly.
