The drivers were so helpful! They could not find our building, but they took the time to find us. They carried the mattress right up and onto our bed frame.

Harlem G was professional and polite.
She stayed past working hours to complete our transaction of purchasing a washer and dryer. She also was able to bargain the price in our price range. I would recommend her if you are looking to purchase anything from The Brick.

Today, I experienced the worst customer service from someone who claims to be the store manager.
I bought a king Matt, 2 pillow, and a king MattPad from the brick store in Mississauga on Sunday 10/13/2023. The sales person told me I have a month to return any item. Also, I got a call from the bricks the next day saying I have 2 weeks from the day of delivery to return any of the items.
Fast 4wd to today, I entered the store in Milton to return a pillow and the mattpad.
As I entered the office in Milton, a lady started speaking to Me that the items can not be returned, that it was a final sale.
I kept trying to explain what I was told but she was also talking at the same time, she also said after all i did not buy the items from her store so I have to go to wherever I purchased them.
I was so appalled and frustrated, so I insisted on having an audience with the manager, and she reiterated she is the manager. I asked for her card and she said she has none. I asked for her name, and she responded I was raising my voice. I was so so stunned and speechless, she kept repeating herself asking why I was raising my voice 5x.
I kept steering at her until she remembered to ask me for the invoice. She got no response as I was trying to get customer care number from my phone. That was when she tried to be polite and suggested she could help me with the number. Of course, at that time it made no sense for any sane human to continue conversation with her. So I ignored her.
I know I will never enter that store again, but for the bricks to have such an untrained employee in the Frontline speaks volume.
I don't care about privacy at this time, I'll share my invoice so anyone can spot where it was mentioned *this is a final sale*.

Nice early delivery time as promised, 2 great delivery guys. Well worth the $90 delivery cost to have them deliver to us in Milton, bring into our basement, instead of having to pu ourselves in Brampton.

Such an easy shop! The sales people listened well and directed me to everything I needed, the ladies behind the desk were so very sweet and helpful also! I even had someone carry my purchase to my car for me!

Over the years bought over $60000.00 at Bricks, first-time buying it from Milton Store, had the worst experience with the customer service and the store manager, also asked if I can contact anyone above the store level and was told all the decisions are made by the store and would not give any contact info for customer relations. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this Store.

Zeyad was very helpful, very friendly and did not try to push any particular product. He allowed for my daughter to try any mattress she liked and treated her like a person capable of making her own decisions. The sale was quick and at a good price, and most importantly, Zeyad wore and absolutely enchanting cologne. ?
