The manager at this store (didn’t catch her name unfortunately ) made my experience at the store worthy of a 5 star review! She was so friendly, showed me different options and told me about special officers. She went above and beyond to help although the store had just opened. Will definitely be back :)

the costumer service here was amazing today. I came in clueless and an associate came up and asked me how my day was and noticed and helped me look for a dress for my girlfriend for lunch. They were also able to get me a discount at the counter! It seems like all these reviews are people who don’t listen when they tell you there is no return policy.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service at this location. The 2 associates that work at this location are horrible in terms of providing any assistance. I would never visit again nor recommend anyone to visit. I have already escalated a complaint and would like to warn everyone who plans on shopping at this location to NOT visit!

I entered the store and was the only customer, the two associates were sitting on the counter looking at their phones the whole time I browsed the store. I did not even get a look my way despite trying to make eye contact and show i was ready to try some items on. I helped myself to the change rooms and tried in some items, left without purchasing anything because of the blatant lack of customer service.

Horrible customer service, the associates two girls yapping loudly about their boyfriends, never acknowledged my presence as I walked in and I was alone in the store. Every answer they gave sounded like I am they are trying to make fun of me talking in a condescending manner. Useless associates. Quality of clothes is no good, prices are a rip off and return policy is unfair. Trial rooms are so dirty there’s nothing to sit no chair no bench . Older customers have hard time trying new clothes as have to stand and change. Will never buy from this store again.I wd give no star to this store. Not worth a visit
