I was a customer at the 867 Nipissing Milton Ontario location for 6+ years as I tried to manage our possessions in Canada while living in Australia. During this time Joanne provided an incredible level of customer care, recognizing me when calling from overseas, to providing bottles of water on hot days, and even snacks for my kids who were often bored as we sorted through possessions on trips back to Canada. Joanne is a total legend, feeling like an extension of our Canadian family on visits back home. I can’t recommend Joanne and this location enough for your storage needs.

A breathe of fresh in this day and age to call in and get a live person who knows their product well and can readily answer all of my questions.
